Of course you have my permission so you can also download it! I used Photoshop CC 2019 to create Mr. Roo. I was actually reading comics when I heard about this contest. So I thought that comics version of Mr. Roo is a good idea. I went to google to look for an inspiration, study on how they make comic strips and art styles. I'm actually had a hard time composing that specific artwork. But it turns out, pretty good.
