Hi Everyone!

I hope we're all having a great week. I just published a simple guide for beginners that are trying to learn about Ethereum. I would love to hear your feedback!

Ethereum - Beginner's Guide

Ethereum is an interesting asset, so there are a lot of nuances to how Ethereum works. Looking forward to the discussion!

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Simple, there is no simple thing if you talk about blockchain and cryptocurrency. There is a good book to learn about Ethereum Mastering Ethereum, by Andreas M. Antonopoulos, Gavin Wood but I don't consider it is a simple book or guide for anyone who want to learn about Ethereum. It requires decent time and efforts to read and learn, and not simple honestly.

I just published a simple guide for beginners that are trying to learn about Ethereum. I would love to hear your feedback!

Ethereum - Beginner's Guide
I have read the full guide. I can tell you that it's an informative article which can understood Ethereum for new comers. However, it doesn't explain Ethereum in deep without struggling in technical details. But it's a good start.
I have two additional notes:
1) Would like to know why you have chosen that platform to publish your guide?
2) Your Writing style is more suitable as a speech explanation. I mean that if you read the full article in a well designed video, it would be so convincing as the article seems to address directly to the reader like talking to him.

I encourage you to continue working on this kind of contents as you seems to have considerable skills in explaining complex subjects such as ethereum. Good luck

He probably owns the blog or is part of the people behind the blog. If you check his post history. He goes on different boards posting links from the blog on different topics with probably an aim of generating traffic to the platform for each interested member who visits it.

It's a good topic but I think it belongs to the Altcoin Discussion Board.

I just read the article and yup he tried to explain it to people who didn't even know blockchain and crypto. He tried explaining it by comparing it to renting in a car company and etc. Try reading it and you'll understand why its called simple. Any technical topic can be explained using simple terms. That's how I learned btc and crypto too. If I Jump right away to the technical terms, I wouldn't be here cause technical terms bore me. I have to understand it first in simple terms.

A nice article btw.

Block explorers are one of first places to start in crypto. (Compilation) What is the best Ethereum explorer? (already 21 reviews!!!). That thread brings to us reviews on 21 Ethereum explorers.

Technical terms in crypto almost kill most of people at beginings. It is true for non-tech gurus and not all of us can be a tech gurus, at beginnings or at the ends after progress of reading, learning, and experiencing. Start with simple descriptions or explanations to get motivations to move further for in-depth learning on technical aspect.

In crypto, people must learn about some very fundamental technical terms and related use cases or tools. It will benefit them in the long run and also help them to discover scam projects and save their capital.

For basic knowledge, that's right. However, it would be a little bit complex with some crypto like Ethereum which is still under developement. In my opinion, working with tutorials to explain bitcoin is much more easier than any other alt.

Thank you for the suggestion! That's a great idea. I'll see if I can put together more visual content to share on YouTube or other platforms. I agree that would be a nice way to distribute this kind of content.

As others have already noted, I am the author for this blog. So the reason I chose this platform was because it is where I publish all of my content. Although it is part of Shrimpy, I do everything I can to keep the content educational and non-biased. For example, this article is completely unrelated to Shrimpy, but I thought it would be a great topic to cover.

Let me know what other topics you would like to see covered in future articles!

Hey OP!

I just completed reading your article and found it to be very interesting and helpful. You have covered mostly everything a newbie needs to know about Ethereum. I would love to see more of such articles from you. Thanks for sharing.

I think one of the best ways to understand the use and the full concept of the ethereum is not enough by given of OP,  in my opinion, or perspective it is better if we are trying to visit its website which all of the information is you can now find out and this is the Ethereum.org when do I have a question about the gas limit before and also they have a lot of information I think this is the full guide with the use of the ethereum than using a blog as a reference.

It is too simple: what do we need from crypto? Store money, move money. Fees are always considered to save more money left for our crypto transfers. Don't pay attention on fees will cost our transactions and charge us more unnecessary to miners.

Check and select good Gaswei for your needs
