I have less knowlege about vindax,exmarket,bitcratic exchange.
But I support P2PB2B,latoken.
Because I saw many project on this exchange which IEO was successful.

All of these exchanges are the same, they are the most bullshit exchanges in this market and have caused a lot of people to lose money investing in projects there. I hope everyone can stay away from these exchanges and go to the top exchange IEOs like Binance, Okex .. Those exchanges can help you get a return on your investment.

All the ICO and IEO projects are centralized authority and the exchanges that facilitate IEO are centralized authority and the problem with these exchanges is that they allow anyone to collect money for the project they are conducting and they are not verifying whether the projects are authentic and so is the reason we see complaints about them because they facilitate scam projects and the top exchanges charge a much higher price to conduct their IEO project and eventually we will hear complaints about them too.

Latoken is know for using fake volume and listing bad IEO. It always look like they have a share with IEO project in scamming people.

A big possibilities that they are involved with projects who did the IEO's inside their exchange and runaway with the money leaving investors being scammed.

Vindax is known for listing shitty projects. They listed a lot of deflationary token last year. None of them had volume.

Bad moves that bring negative thoughts from traders and investors who used this exchange knowing that there's no liquidity and no actions inside.

I won't advise keeping funds on this exchanges, especially LATOKEN, because they will come up with an excuse to ban your trading account.

Hard to work that out once they've already comes up with issue to your account, freezing then banning is pain in the ass.

All these exchanges have history of promoting scam projects in the space, I don't know if they are doing it intentionally just to scam their users or they are just doing it for the sake of the fees they would collect from any projects that list on their platforms. It's hard to drive all the crooks out of this decentralized market. The best way now is to equip yourself with knowledge of project analysis. You can add probit on the list  I guess some of these exchanges will shutdown soon or exit scam, so better stay away from it. These exchanges only depending on new projects that launch an IEO with them to make some money. They didn't have a good trading volume so pretty sure they didn't earn a decent amount from traders' fees. I heard some exchanges are already shutting down only good ones remains.

I hodl some coins of a project which do their IEO in Latoken and the price of that coins dump around 100x which are now valueless. Besides, withdrawal fee of latoken is so high that i don't reccomend to trade on it. Also same thing happens with exmarkets. So, everyone should stay away from this type of shady exchanges,IMO.

Chainx, probit, upbit .. there are also scam and bad exchanges that need to be added to this list. Stay away from those exchanges to stay safe in this market, and never join their IEO. I am sure the price will collapse and fall many times after being listed

According to my observations, most of the projects there have failed. No project has been successful and has helped investors to make a profit. if I am a project developer then I will not register my tokens on the shady exchange as you mentioned above, it is better to pay expensive costs as long as the project can be listed on the Top exchange, especially Binance, as we see now there are many IEO projects listed on the exchange which is shady and ultimately does not bring good results.

This is a very good headsup, I have used Latoken before and found some ugly behaviors with them, but could not pin point at something hard to tag them on, now this is a very good stand. When it comes to withdrawal, it will give you a hell of trouble. Its a shame mainly on Latoken for me, cause I do count them to be one of the exchanges I will trade fulltime with. For the other exchange, I never used them, and now I know what they are after, not getting close to them at all.

I can't agree more, these exchanges have proven time without number to be supporting and listing majorly scam projects who often pack up after raising money from investors. Another of them is probit, although probit seems to have a little credibility, but of recent most coins listed there aren't doing well. Everyone should avoid projects involved with these exchanges
