Hi All,

MB ASUS B250
RAM 4 GB
Processor i3 6100
SSD 120 GB Kingston
GPUs 1x 2070 Super Zotac and 2x 2080 Super Inno3d.

2070 super alone is working fine but i today got 2x 2080 supers and after installing them 2070 super is not working properly.

Tried DDU clean uninstall and reinstall but still 2070 super isn't detected.

In Device Manger it shows as 2070 with and exclamation mark, and doesn't show up in MSI Afterburner or even mining programs doesn't detect the 2070.

Please help!

Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

Try 1 card and add 1 by 1.
Try Mining after each step.
I had a defect GPU which showed up perfectly but crashed after 5% load.....sucked....
Might be a broken Riser or Molex.

I think (hope) you are talking about the B250 Mining Expert.
It should show running GPUs after Bios. If you didnt deactivate it.....
Dont put 1 GPU in the X16 Slot, all must be in X1.

Try simplemining, its a much faster test and free for a while.
I have 2070super Rigs and they run perfect.
But i avoid mixing GPUs.

I have a mixed rig, with AMD and Nvidia, there's no problem to mix GPUs, but sometimes it's harder to figure out what's the problem

This error already happened to me because a broken Riser, check first
Sometimes this error occurs if the card is not powered enough, by PCI and PSU cable, windows shows the card, but don't work properly, so check this too
Change the position of the cards

Thanks.

All Risers are fine as I tested them on 2070 super alone, and all worked and have been mining for 4 days.

I installed 2080 super and only it was detected and 2070 super though Device manager shows it with Exclamation mark, None of the miner programs detect it.

I removed 2070 and installed I tried 1 by 1 both the 2080, both worked fine and mined. I added 2070 back but again it was not detected.

Tried DDU a couple of times but same issue.

I have 1200 Corsair PSU.

I have always installed the GPU connected to monitor in x16 slot. Will try in x1 and report back.

Ya i have AMD mix rigs which work fine.

This is my first Nvidia rig and running into issues. Changed the positions of the cards in every case only 2070 super is not detected.

Risers are fine as i have tested them on 2070 for the last 4 days.

1200 Corsair PSU should be enough i hope.

Did you use a Riser for all 3 GPUs? If not, do so.
When you put a GPU in the X16 slot, some X1 may (should) be deactivated!

After a lot of troubleshooting, learned that a couple of GPU slots are not working on the motherboard. Tried multiple combinations of slots and now all cards work perfectly fine.

May be tomorrow I will go to the shop and get the Motherboard replaced.

Thanks all for the support.

Check your BIOS config first. PCIe slots are often shared with other devices and can sometimes
be disabled.
