that what I was thinking it was weird that the account was suddenly disabled after winning that amount. maybe it was one of their ways in order to request a KYC from the user. anyway, as long as the OP didn't break any of bitcasino.io rules everything should be fine.

Not all online casinos disabled user account because of "big win/profits" perhaps bitcasino wants to check something or verify LAngel's acc.
And bitcasino must be enable his account again when everything is ok, or at least after they send first payment (T&C of bitcasino mentioned max only 50 btc per week).
Anyway congrats for this amazing win, i hope OP can get his money soon.

- why not ask directly in support and wait for the answer? If I win a lot of money I will be patient and wait for an answer. If I go and make all kinds of speculation they might feel I made a mess and will not entertain me further.

Im pretty sure the site would be done for after a fiasco of not paying a user for a win.
If it is a legitimate win, he should be paid.

He probably received a ton of replies and PM's from scammers who are trying to scam him in some manner or another which is why he probably made it private.

I saw the video myself initially when he uploaded it and Royse took a couple of screenshots which is why it is completely legit.

They disabled his account. Anyone would get scared when $1.5 million dollars are on the line and the website disables your account. Op did the right thing here. Bitcasino's reputation is on the line thanks to this move(If op won legitimately).

Happened to me few times to lose everything because I waited too long for withdraw! So I found it strange for casino to lock this account right after the big win.
We can only hope that user will be paid, this is awesome win. I don't know why video is private, it would be nice to see that win. And I respect your words Yahoo, if it was a legit win he should get the money, if not bitcasino should have some strong proofs against the user, or they will be red tagged from many people here!

This is what I'm worrying about this case. I do not mean to have negative thinking about bitcasino.io but I have seen some cases on some other casinos where casinos accuse players to do something against their terms after big win. Something like having multiple accounts or abusing promotions. Hope it wont happen on this case, 171btc is huge amount of money that may change someone's life.

It is quite possible a glitch was found by OP and he was cashing it in small numbers, today he went for the big play.

Locking an account just because of a win - no matter how big or little - is simply unprofessional and should not happen.

Most of you guys will know I have been playing on both sites of that group for a long time, never had the slightest problem and trust them - still, provided we are talking about a real win (no fake video/story), nobody's account should get locked just like that! It's that same old story with operators "pissing" players off when something good happens to them while obviously not giving a shit as long as players are losing.

I am super curious how this will end Normally I would say there is no way that OP gets paid and the fact, that Bitcasino takes rather long, shows that they don't really trust their software and/or the user; checking the KYC documents should only take a minute, because this case is surely super high priority^^. I would be very interested to have a look behind the curtains.

From my experience, if a site doesn't want to pay you, they will find a way. Now for Bitcasino there is a lot at stake and from what I observed they have a clean record and good reputation & support (in this forum) - you will always have a few accusations here and there against any casino/bookmaker; mostly from frustrated users that lost money. If it just was about Bitcasino, I think they would not pay and probably vanish, but in this case that would also mean that Sportsbet is kind of done and thus I think they will pay in the end.

It will take some time to recover the losses, but it's just a question of "when" and not "if". And there is a lot to be won in terms of reputation. It's also a very good event to push some marketing, so don't worry too much OP, if everything was legit from your side and you never violated the T&C
