Better to post your concern on their ANN thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4541166.0 or simply send them a private message. Probably your account is locked because they are doing security check. Usually the game provider needs to check player's bets first when there is a big win to make sure that there is no glitch on the game. Once the security check is done, your account will be unlocked/enabled again. Hopefully nothing serious so you will get what you won anytime soon.

Bitcasino responded to the tread in a bit over 30 Minutes so they arent ignoring the win at all.
Im pretty sure the account got locked as a security measure because the win amount was so huge...

He already was sent info to do a KYC so its moving pretty fast.

If they werent going to pay out they would for sure ignore this thread and not respond and try to take care of the matter so quickly.
