What is movo cash?

Can someone explain to me, what is the point with "movo cash"? and what is it anyway?
I find a little invasion on Currency exchange section, where lot of newbies offering this move cash to BTC and reverse. It looks to me like organised action, just I am not sure if they only want to pump this coin, or just trying to make artificial interest for this, whatever it is.

I noticed the spam too, I mean it is obvious not to notice a sudden flood of threads of this certain "cash". Possible that is an organised shilling group using more than one account to post in the forum and generate a fake buzz which is common among altcoin marketing campaigns though considered unethical, but being a forum such ethics are not a thing here.

One user posted in service thread, a new topic with exchanging Movo for BTC, after my answer there, he deleted his topic

This section of the forum is reserved on services where is payments in Bitcoin, so exchanging any of altcoin is not allowed here
btw. to me, everything here is suspicious. suddenly a great demand arose Movo Cash, but I am pretty sure it is artificial.

These type of forum flooding to generate a pseudo-demand is not new and we have see how it does scam some innocent people. Well unless they use their own judgement nobody can stop it. However we still need more information to call it a scam.
