for me, at least that exchanges have good reputation for doing an IEO, then it's fine. After that it's all depend on the project self, how it will make people want to invest in. However there are a lot of factors affecting for succesful IEO, at least the team is able to put it in the right place.

Could this possible have a slight meaning that Binance will through a short glance on DIA and might consider running an IEO or have DIA listed ? But, I see people write about public offering - I guess no one runs an IEO after public offering. Correct ?

No KYC is a reason for me to be a bit worried, but this is also a good opportunity for investors who do not want KYC like me. What I know is that developers have not done that if they have achieved their goals then I think they will announce it here or on its official channel, we just wait because the DIA project is in my opinion so interesting for us to keep abreast of its developments.
