It will just take you sometime to think of it and hire few people to work with you but it will cost you money definitely which you don't have as your reason.

Maybe you don't understand what I'm saying. Your project is not complete since it doesn't work properly, your site is not something unique made from scratch and the domain name doesn't worth near this price. I believe that you ask a lot more than this project worth.
Also, by changing only passwords doesn't secure the buyer. You can claim that you been hacked or something similar and get it back...
