OP if you have been scammed by that user, use the
proper format of a scam accusation and post it in the proper section which will be here -
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0Provide the proper proofs and see what can be done. If the proofs are solid then the account can be given a flag to warn others. Just caling someone a liar will not work here.
Also not telegram messages screenshots because those are easily manipulated. But lets see anyway.
