You can search the MLB website (printed in blue under the scratch-off area) and enter the 1st bits.

That will tell you which player is on the card. However, if you wish to CLAIM/OWN that bobblehead, then you'll need the privkey printed under the scratch-off area.

However it looks like that site has been taken down?  Huh
