I am working with mesh networks and I need someone to consolidate the mesh router protocol with Bitcoin protocol to measure and validate the bandwidth and convert it to crypto and make it reward relays for bandwidth. If you know how to or know anyone who would be interested in programming this. Please message me.

You might have better luck moving your thread to the Services section (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=52.0) where developers looking for work might come across it. Alternatively, freelance marketplaces Like Upwork, fiverr, or freelancer.com could be a good place to look.
