Coinbrasil.com - Does anyone know the owner?

We are trying to buy the domain name Coinbrasil.com but unfortunately it has been over 3 weeks and the owner is not responding.

When you go to Coinbrasil.com you see:

We have sent 3 emails there, once a week, but got no response.

Is there a chance anyone knows the owner or can put us in touch with the owner?

He seems to list this domain on Flippa.com but it doesn't seem like he has been online on Flippa for quite a while.

It looks like the seller has several other domains for sale on flippa:

However all these domains are there from several years ago likewise.
Can the information on flippa help you find more info?

Regarding the seller,
We have been in touch with him in 2017, and he did communicative very effectively back then, so the issue is definitely not the price - maybe something happened (COVID19? god forbid).

How can you tell for sure? Looks like he renewed some of his domains in June 2020 so maybe he is active but maybe on another platform. Is there a way to know?

I couldn't find anything while checking the Whois records for all of those domains ^{[due to "WhoisGuard Protection"]} but I did manage to connect one of the domains to someone from this forum:

If he is using escrows like Escrow.com then it should be safe to buy from "him".

The question is if this user is really the owner or not, we did speak to him in 2017 and he sounds genuine.

Maybe he is not even aware of our inquiry because whatever email he is using is a secondary email to his main one or maybe he doesn't check that neudoms gmail account too often.

When I'm looking at the last posts of this user I see some posts made by CESTATES.IO - how come they are linked to a user named RoooooR ?

He is the same user who runs freeethereum.com and has offered it for sale, it seems that he is active in selling old accounts and thus will reappear if he wants to sell them.
Searching for more domains and he seems to care about his privacy so it is difficult to find him if he wants to communicate with you then he will do, he runs a business and his goal is to profit.

Yes, he registered in 2013 but being inactive for over a year means that something might have happened.

It's now over a month since our first email, we were using a gmail account to communicate so there is no issue with spam etc. -

he runs a business and his goal is to profit.

Yes of course, and we would be happy to help him profit as some of his domains are for sale where no one else would buy them (fact is no one has bought them for years now) - yet nonetheless that person seems to have disappeared.

This doesn't seem to be a case of him ignoring emails or anything like this - honestly it does feel as if something has happened (could it be COVID19? again god forbid but who knows .... too many people lost their lives in the past few months, globally).

Yes, we did, we sent there emails, we sent emails to the other whoisguard emails for the other domains - weeks ago, last one was 3 days ago - nothing whatsoever - no response at all.

We used the "Buy Now" in Flippa to try buying another domain of his - no response at all, it says on Flippa we won the domain but he doesn't respond and Flippa suggested we can only use the dispute process which is useless and irrelevant for ourselves.

We asked Flippa to SMS that person or try reaching out to him via phone - they refused saying it's impossible and they can't do it for privacy reasons, nor they can't provide his phone number neither.

Do you have perhaps any other suggestions?
