Checked your site out and I felt that the design was way too simple and bland. Performance seems to be fine both on desktop and mobile since the focus is on a single game here.

You need to advertise your site through signature campaigns or bounties etc in order to draw traffic since there is nothing special about your website op. There are many popular crypto gambling sites offering Dice with a similar house edge.

I noticed that there is no FAQ section too. Get rid of the gambling button and replace it with an FAQ section detailing all the important questions (Min deposit, Min withdrawal etc). All the best op.

Aprroximately 50% of crypto online casino has no license or using the common license in Curaçao which is the easiest license to get. Most of the famous and longest running crypto casino starts without a license. A license is must to operate a gambling casino but its not necessary to flag a new casino that want to start business.

Is that real user with real bet and real money? Or that user is just like a test user with fake money?

Couple of things which I liked is that no KYC, you are bringing online chat support which is a must because customer support plays a vital role and if solved instantly that is cherry on the top. Couple of suggestion is that if you can work in design or get it re-design will be helpful in this competitive gambling space now as many new sites have come in recent past. Seems that you have good bankroll (at least for a new site), mind to tell how much is the max allowed profit per bet?
Looking at the whale I'm referring to who won a single bet worth around $1,500 so I assume you need to have at least $150,000 on your bankroll.
It applies if you use 1% from your bankroll as the max allowed profit per bet.
I'm not a big gambler absolutely, but there should be clear information on how much your max bet or max profit per bet.
This is to avoid people betting higher than what you can afford to pay on single  bet.

Good to see you are improving step by step. 2fa is a must so it is great that you have just added it. Faucet is also nice to attract new players but you need something more than just faucet to make players stay on your site. Promotions like wagering contest or other contest will help you a lot especially you are in the beginning stage. I'll see and wait what you can offer to compete with other existing gambling sites.
