i need 5 regular stamps from the usa. Each should be 1.20$ for international shipping.

He might be a collector. Anyways, I doubt you can get even a postcard to Germany for $1.20, let alone a letter (if protectively packaged). Your best bet is $20BTC for 10 stamps IMHO. Good luck!
