Yes it's unlocked. Ordered directly from Google Play. I have the receipt.
Ofcourse I am willing to use escrow. We'll use tomatocage.
I am selling it because I already have an iPhone and only bought the Nexus 5 to get a feel for it. It's a great phone, but I barely use it when I already lug an iPhone around. And 5-inches are too big for my hands.
In terms of condition I noticed some VERY TINY scratches on the screen. They are so small I cannot capture them with my camera. You wont notice them until you completely clean the screen and get the right glare. If I were to classify its condition, it would be in the excellent range. I can't say mint because it has been used.
