I don't use casinos often, I like sportbooks much more but I thought bitcasino is one of the leaders. Quite disappointing experience so far.

I hope I can use the same Email to sign up as for sportsbet? I know they have same owner but they are different sites. That is only thing that could make problems maybe.

edit 2: did some more research and that sign in from your promo uses different form than usual sign in. I can go complain to bitcasino thread but I have a feeling this problem is exclusive to gosu promo. Is this promo only trough GOSU page or is it available to others as well? I am just saying that site should have some things that can keep you there on daily basis, special daily promotions, calculators, different strategies for different games...

Especially all newer casinos like Wolf.Bet, Windice and co do this. There are new events (sometimes even on a daily basis), new games and leveling systems to keep the players happy.
Sites like Bustadice, which are more focused on "mass games" (hence the native script support), don't need that and usually don't offer such features.

@efialtis ... and now I have an idea (yes, it happens from time to time ). You already have all the comparative data of the casinos. You could provide a "you may also like ..."-feature, which recognizes for example, if a player likes to play Casino A, he should take a closer look at Casino B.

That would indeed be a good idea!
Something I was also thinking, but which involves a lot of work  : a comparitive table of the top 10-20 casinos (including bonuses, withdrawal minimums, house edge, ...). This would give the visitor already directly an idea where that the casino stand for.

I can respect that they are nor working on weekends but it does not seem to me they are killing them selves with work on working days either. That is my biggest minus with Sporsbet and Bitcasino. Their live support never works when you need them and if it works they can't help with anything. At least with sportsbet we always have Steve here on the forum who is a great guy and willing to help.

Stake is so much better on support front that it isn't even a race. I contacted live support on Stake 3 times and every single time they started solving my problem in under 5 minutes and managed to actually do something. Twice in my favor and once against my interests but it was my mistake and they explained it well.

True - I am in touch with them, here as well as via email where their affiliate guys haven't responded for days - long story short, what I wrote this morning: What's so hard about crediting the guy his free spins? You messed up with the landing page, I gave all the information, just credit those FS...

Edit: Just heard back and this is what they say - "seems like the link used is incorrect, the special dedicated tracking link should have been used as that one has the bonus applied. Also, as with any reward, it needs to be claimed in the rewards section.

Great overview and you could indeed filter easily. One other suggestion: maybe you could write for the minimum bet the amount in satoshis. This is easier to read and interpret than 0.00000001 BTC.
A similar overview for Plinko and Crash would be very helpfull.
