Right, As I have already said. Their support doesn't look fluent in English, or they don't know English at all. I guess they are all from the Philippines. While I deposited in USD, They said I had deposited 126 PHP, Philippines currency. They didn't even understand what I was talking about. I was asking for a weekend mission bonus and they were asking me to complete all the five missions to get the welcome mission bonus. I am not familiar with BTCgosu's website. I just visited last week to check BTCgosu and I have registered on Crashino. Anyways, Thanks again to BTCgosu.

This is the case we sometimes encounter when the withdrawal is stuck and as you say they didn't have English fluent support chat system it is problem for non native language speaker but it's good that your issue was resolved and as GOSU have made it possible for players to submit their personal reviews also it's big help for players and they helping in your withdrawal was good move.

While I deposited in USD, They said I had deposited 126 PHP, Philippines currency. They didn't even understand what I was talking about. I was asking for a weekend mission bonus and they were asking me to complete all the five missions to get the welcome mission bonus. I am not familiar with BTCgosu's website. I just visited last week to check BTCgosu and I have registered on Crashino. Anyways, Thanks again to BTCgosu.
I wouldn't say their support doesn't understand the English language or does not comprehend what you're saying. It's the fault of the owner for hiring staff that aren't too familiar with their own platform yet or newbies. Mistaking USD for PHP was a huge blunder on their part and the support probably felt embarrassed that's why he/she closed the chat. That was unprofessional.

I agree with you. But, regulations and partner like btcgosu also plays a vital role for players. If a player is initially rejected from their live support chat, Players cannot do much except ask their partner to check further or complain to the regulatory. If there is no regulatory or partner involved with the specific casino, you cannot do much. Players can rate them down on Trustpilot and create a scam accusation on Bitcointalk. So yeah, Casino regulations also play a vital role here.

Without efficient support team a casino could not handle it's player request as there are so many doubts and problems faced by players which needs to be discussed or cleared through support team and if they are not understanding English or not responding it will directly affect their user base and profitability.
