Can someone suggest me an optimal mining rig for mining ETH, BTC, and XRP.
Place where I live I can get Solar panel of 3 Kwh for around 1.2K USD.
And the total amount that I'll be spending on the Mining rig including Solar panels will be 70k USD.
Will be looking forward to responses.

That is so low price compared to my country. Here 3kWh worth of solar panels is ~5.5k EURO...

Imho, I'd wait before investing as current gear (for BTC at least) is overpriced and there is a lot less new gear on market.
However, if you are up for using used gear, there is a whole hell of a lot gear on second-hand market and you might find good deals.

Will get your topic moved to Altcoin mining and honestly, you will unlikely get any decent answers on there, so my advice is to keep this question related only to BTC mining, in fact, BTC is the only coin that is worth mining.

Now on the topic, if you won't use batteries based off-grid system (you shouldn't anyway) then you will need to have some sort of a good deal with the power company in regards to an on-grid/grid-tied system, depending on where you live all what solar can give you is 4-6 hours a day, in winter it could be as low 2-3 hours, so you will still need the grid, phill runs a large farm on solar but where he is located it has to do with tax stuff and his business model is profitable, you also need to keep in mind that in order to actually cover the cost of operation you will need to own more solar power than what you need.

Assuming you need 5kw, that will be 120kwh daily, a kw5 system will only give you 5*T where T is the number of hours of sunlight you get, let it be 5 so that's 25kwh daily, you are still 95khw short, assuming the rate you get from your power supplier is 1:1 (which is impossible) then you will need to sell them 95kwh worth of power in order to re-draw that when your solar panels aren't working outside of that 5-hour window, so you need to supply them with 95kwh in 5 hours that's roughly a 20kw worth of solar power, adding the initial 5kw, you need a total of 25kw system, this, of course, ignores all power loss factors, DC to AC and etc. and since you can't really get a 1:1 deal, you will probably sell your power for a cheaper rate, say you get a 1 to 1.5 rate, you will need 25*.1.5kw system so about 37.5kw to run 5kw 24/7 for almost free for 10-20 years.

phill knows about solar a thousand times more than I do, so he will probably correct me if I made a mistake somewhere.

a factor of 5 to 8 can be used to determine what you need for 24/7/365 average power.

Ie a 40kwatt max system will give

40/5 = 8 kwatts 24/7/365

or

40/8 = 5.0 kwatts 24/7/365

wisconsin did a lot of windmills off the great lakes and the power companies are fuck you and your solar panels.

New Jersey has been good for solar incentives.
but they are now doing a big windmill deal so they may suck.

If you want to do battery systems you need to be a good diy guy. as you need to find deals on the batteries 🔋 to make it work.

lead glass mat are decent. some guys cut deals with golf 🏌️ cart 🛒  dealerships and refurbish dead golf cart batteries.  I used to have large battery backups but frankly they are heavy dangerous and break too often.

I would love to have a shit ton of lithium batteries as they are better but very costly.

at op where do you live? do you know your governments subsidy rules for solar.

Here 3kwh will cost nearly 1140$ after a subsidy of 570$ (Initial cost of 3 kWh panel around 1710$) so that's 1/3 of the total closet. Subsidy money will be returned in 2 years by pay per month policy.
That's like 23.75$ will be paid/mo.
I live in India atm with some farming land that's waiting for the Mining rig to be planted. 
Also, What are the best miners for Etherium, Bitcoin, and Ripple?
Can I use ASIC for ripple or will it support another hash?

Ooof, no, I wouldn't trust any seller on Alibaba, Aliexpress or any market that starts with "Ali" tbh.

I'd recommend you to search local markets first. Like for example, in Serbia we have "KupujemProdajem", Croatia has "Njuskalo" (or something like that and many more), USA has ebay, amazon (not sure about others), not sure what Germany has, but you get my point... Check local market, as there will be no import tax, no big bill on transport, etc.

After that, go to ebay/amazon (but prices are inflated a bit there afaik if they even have miners anymore).

After that, if you really wonna dig deep and find good deals, find RELIABLE telegram groups (this is the worst advice I will ever give as there is so small number of actual sellers and a lot of scammers there).

And lastly, try getting in contact with a friend or someone in China who can personally escort the sale between reliable seller and you.

Not sure what I'd do after that, probably fly to china to buy gear myself (assuming there wasn't a corona problem in 2020).

But what I would do (and am doing right now), is wait to see what Bitmain does with their company and if they release some good deals soon. Mainly looking for Z15 as they look to be solid and earn quite a penny.
