Possible culprit is an organized person and has the purpose of making a panic. Twitter should be ashamed of this incident, they must take responsibility for this case and immediately fix their security loopholes. That's right, Twitter should rightly fix their security hole... from the news that I heard, verified accounts or those that have a blue check have double the security level than ordinary accounts, but I wonder why it can still be penetrated, Twitter must be very ashamed of what happened. |

from this incident could something else be happening ?? why are almost all influential crypto users Twitter accounts hacked? I noticed that the market is not very active in this matter, so hopefully the bad things won't happen. |

I noticed that the market is not very active in this matter, so hopefully the bad things won't happen.
its actually active now . after the hack , people cant sleep doing updates on what will happen afterwards . i didnt feel bad things happened but only good because eth , btc and few other coins are now increasing . all influencial people were hack because they have more followers ( crypto related people ) and its easy for them to manipulate cryptos or get a profit for those people . binance isnt the only one that is affected with it but if your a binance user youl be more concerned with your trading account |

You are right Shoreno, Binance is not the only affected, this was well-organized hack with attempt to scam people. I think this will not be the last time for Twitter to get hacked, we will see that once again, they are easy to hack apparently! |

This is not really good. Just like for login, nowadays 2FA or multifactor authentication is necessary, I think all the news and promotions also needs to be verified with multiple media accounts. We need to be cautious and see if any promotion is also on all social media like, Twitter, Facebook, and community channel on telegram, we can trust that promotion. But people fall into it as soon as they see it without verifying authenticity.

Twitter is one of the popular platform, of course they use advance technology for providing security for their user. But if they don't care about their user and failed to protect user privacy, then its better to leave twitter. Hope Twitter will take some necessary step against it

Can't agree with you. If they really care about their user they why don't they upgrade their security yet??Immidantly shutting down isn't a solution. That's called their failure cause scammers can harm/damage a lot until shut down. Authority should try to protect hacking Twitter accounts first You should also asking google youtube etc, why they don't upgrade their security yet?. why they leave scammer hacked youtube account day by day and month by month?, twitter don't leave hacked standing a day or two they moving fast to handle it. If you watching youtube you might find account hacked a month, google standing it, they don't have security yet like twitter. |

I'm just shocked, seeing how lame security Twitter have! Cause those are very much popular accounts for business and obviously they (those accounts) did everything for keep secure their accounts along with 2FA, authentication and so on. But even though, those accounts are hacked! Its very shameful for twitter, they can't able to provide minimum security for their user

It is quite shocking to read those names when you hear that some twitter account got hacked, the security features obviously in this technological world has to be more strong else what the use of having the account when the security can be trespassed so easily. And now more and more business going online this needs to be relooked again and must make changes in order to reassure people about it. |

That's disgusting. Its very unexpected thing happened from Twitter, one of the biggest & popular social network in the whole world. I think solving those incidents are the big challenge for Twitter now.If Twitter unable to upgrade their security & can't handle this, then they might lost their millions of user
