First action in years....

I bought a nice dash cam with my new Prius.  Never had anything to show until now.

Only the driver was in the handicapped van and he was responsive and talking.   The passenger was ejected from the other vehicle and she had a very weak pulse.  I could not get to the driver, and I did not see him her move.  The rear male passenger was in shock running around and screaming.  Fire arrived after about 5! minutes, despite being a block from the fire station.  Ambulance about two mins later.

Edit:  Upon review of a high-res screenshot, the driver had grabbed the top left of the steering wheel with his right hand (left hand not visible) so he could only have turned right - he probably saw the van and could not stop.

That dash cam is clearly good enough to capture at high resolution, I watched the video quite few times but all I can see is the van and car gets crashing, oh my bad my concentration level sucks.

The "ejected passenger" was actually an innocent bystander that was killed.   The police took my video yesterday.  Driver is facing manslaughter charges at the very least.
