I'm quite confused as well, but let me get this straight.

You paid for the withdrawal fee by sending the payment from your non-cloud mining wallet? That's weird. Can you link us what cloud mining service you're referring to? Because sorry to burst your bubble but 99.9% of cloud mining sites are scams.

If your Bitcoin address is included from the transaction ID you posted above it means that your wallet is receiving BTC from the cloud mining site(It's already confirmed) so you must receive the BTC from cloud mining to your wallet.

Can you tell us and post it here if what address you put on cloud mining to withdraw the balance?

The weird thing here is you mention a one person and maybe this person is trying to scam you. Much better complete the details of your issue so that we can analyze and help you about your issue.

Lots of information is missing  on here so that people will able to help or clear things out you should at least put up complete details and whats being asked on.
Basing of on the transaction hash you gave it do shows 10 receiving address and you should confirm if one of those is your address. If yes then the funds should
really be on your wallet now since it do already had 189 confirmations (as of my writing). Could you mention on what cloud mining site you are into?

I'm not sure I understand the problem... Did you make a withdrawal from a cloud mining site, but you can't see the funds in your wallet?

I think OP is trying to withdraw what he/she earned from a cloud mining site. In order to do that, he/she needs to pay a certain fee. OP has already made the payment and is sure that the transaction has been confirmed. However, his/her earning hasn't been sent to him/her yet. The question now is, what is he/she going to do next?

So I guess this is a waiting game. But if it takes long enough, OP must try to contact the support of the cloud mining site.

But, as mk4 hinted above, there is high probability that the cloud mining site OP refers to is a scam. And that withdrawal fee that he/she sent is now in the wrong hands.

Yes, I made a withdrawal and the fee is 0.001 in order to withdraw the generated BTC into my Coins.Ph Wallet(mobile wallet).
as you can see from the referred link, the 1MkVsQaTLuvBhbD7ESXG2sVeWp8fzjFEWh is from the Cloud mining Site,
it's their wallet address.
and for my wallet address i think it was not shown there but

it was a form of a hash like this.

bc883c608bacf2dbf8d907d0863cdb1af39d151562d151d628b0bb20e303ebbf i think the blockchain hashed my Wallet address for security purposes.
and when you look at the details you can also see Confirmed( which i undertood that i already paid or should i say i genuinly paid that certain amoint to the cloudmining site.)

sir, kindly also click the info this 1MkVsQaTLuvBhbD7ESXG2sVeWp8fzjFEWh (the Cloud mining site wallet address )
as i understood the cloud mining site already recieved the payment(total recieved) on the other hand, (the total sent) still 0.00000000 BTC which also means that they havent paid me yet 0.02806705(which i already generated in Cloudming site)

am i right? about total sent and total recieved?

sorry for the confusion sir, its not a person but its a Cloud mining site.

since the first day I registered to Hitmine.io(its a cloud mining site) I put my wallet address there and it starts to generate BTC,

this wallet address is from the Cloud mining site
1MkVsQaTLuvBhbD7ESXG2sVeWp8fzjFEWh

I paid the withdrawal fee 0.001 to this
1MkVsQaTLuvBhbD7ESXG2sVeWp8fzjFEWh just to withdraw my generated BTC to my wallet address.

kindly check this out sir, https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/1MkVsQaTLuvBhbD7ESXG2sVeWp8fzjFEWh

it said there total recieved which means the hitmine.io recieved my withdrawall fee right?
then total sent is supposedly the  0.02806705 that i already generated from hitmine.io am i right??

You  have just been scammed by that scam Hitmine.io website. How the hell you do believe on sending out some btc's just for them to process out your withdrawal if it can really be deducted on the actually btc
that you had already mined there? It doesnt make sense.. You had been fooled out because those btc are just fake and just luring you in to make deposit before you can able to withdraw.
Just move on and take this as a lesson learn and also that in next time you should be having that common sense because if you do let yourself too numb into these obvious scamming attempts
then this wont be the last time for you to be scammed.

-snip-

That hash is the TXID, which should show the addresses involved in the withdrawal transaction you're referring to. Everything in the blockchain is transparent, so no, your address was not hashed. If you can't see it there (from the right side) then this means that the funds were never sent to you.

I'm not familiar with the cloud mining site you're using, but just by looking at the "pricing" and "payouts" page. I can tell you it's a scam.

as i have understood the hitmin.io already recieved my withdrawal fee, however it havent sent me the total or generated BTC from my hitmine account.

it sounds like you are the victim of one of the oldest tricks in the book where they tell you that for example you have won something but in order to receive the reward, like a brand new fridge for example, you have to pay them the shipping cost first! they only changed the prize into a cloudmining ponzi scheme and the shipping cost to transaction fee.

Hitmine.io sir,

in addition, this wallet address 1MkVsQaTLuvBhbD7ESXG2sVeWp8fzjFEWh belongs to hitmine.io
i sent a withdrawal fee to that site.

this is an obvious fraud, I would like to try to understand people like you, why you invest there without any research about them?
have you tried to find this address on the map? A428, Northampton NN6 7GW, UK Check it please.
Do you really believe that is possible to get BTC/min 0.00000200 or BTC/day 0.00288000 if you invest 0.009? such a generous offer was not in doubt at all. on the first result in the search engine I got "review" with interesting comments for you.

The sad true is that you have been scammed. How i wish you had first contacted members here on whether it's safe to send money to the fake cloudmining website rather than ask what happened after you have been scammed.

this is an obvious fraud, I would like to try to understand people like you, why you invest there without any research about them?
Laziness and greed I suppose. People still think you can make huge profits without putting in any effort and end up falling for scams that are too good to be true

this wallet address is from the Cloud mining site
1MkVsQaTLuvBhbD7ESXG2sVeWp8fzjFEWh

I paid the withdrawal fee 0.001 to this
1MkVsQaTLuvBhbD7ESXG2sVeWp8fzjFEWh just to withdraw my generated BTC to my wallet address.

It seems your Bitcoin now has been moved into another wallet, which is landed on here, 3BGaDk56hGEVvAXPqceMSMQ3H3VLzk5PhS.

This might a good example that people should learn to stop investing in cloud mining. They are all the same purpose, to scam people and exit when they had enough Bitcoin to run away. Just stay away of this kind of business or any HYIP related form of investment. This is might an old trick but there are few people who always fall in their trap.

since the first day I registered to Hitmine.io(its a cloud mining site) I put my wallet address there and it starts to generate BTC,

I paid the withdrawal fee 0.001 to this
1MkVsQaTLuvBhbD7ESXG2sVeWp8fzjFEWh just to withdraw my generated BTC to my wallet address.

I hope you have learned some very important life lessons, and that is that cloud mining operations are 99.99% scam, and that no legitimate service will ask you to send them any amount to allow you to withdraw. If by any chance this was something legitimate and fair then your withdrawal fee would simply be deducted from the total amount you have in your account.

However, you should not be disappointed, most of us made a few initial mistakes in the beginning, but that does not mean that BTC is a scam, but that you should check everything before you invest money and time.

But that you should check everything before you invest money and time.
But, should say most bitcoin-related investments are scam, all I can see that offers legit investment is on gambling/casino and it doesn't offers with always profit just like any kind of investments, always proceed with a risk.
