İm tired of scammers and ponzi scheme pyramids, im looking for a good investment platform if there's one. My budged is low becouse of the covid19 and gets lower day by day.
And i need to care for my mother who has diabetes.
So i ask the honest members of the forum help me to make some income.

What have you got to invest? Most legitimate places will give 1-2% per annum in btc here so it might not be great for you...

I'd probably suggest, if you want somewhere safe to try binance who offer 0.73% a year with btc but higher rates on eth and tokens that CLAIM to follow the dollar. Link: https://www.binance.com/en/lending#lending-demandDeposits

You could also try cloud mining but tbh a lot of them are scams or don't have immediate liquidity now if that's something you'd require - I'd only really trust hashnest, bitdeer and viabtc though atm. (if they post daily rewards then remember they'll go down and miners become unprofitible in around a year but you could experiment with it).

There's also defi which you could look up but it's very fresh and may not be safe (although I do have funds in there) you won't be able to hold btc in those contracts though and will have to convert it to eth, dai or many other coins.


You could invest time, either look at marketplaces to gather funds or look at creating something others would want or would want to advertise on. The age of freelancing has sort of made it so you don't have to conform to a tight schedule so if you had to take your mom to the hospital or something - you wouldn't be expected to work unless you'd given yourself that as a deadline although it's normally better to overestimate (1.5x your optimistic target).

There won't be any safe and legitimate investment that will give you money fast and easily. Even investing in an S&P500 ETF would only give you more or less an average of 8% annually in a 20-year timespan.

If you need the money asap, "investing" might not be the one for you. It will be a lot quicker for you to earn money if you start a small business selling stuff online, or simply having a typical job.

And since I don't have any idea regarding the most ideal return of bitcoin investments. I agree to @jackg and @mk4 to focus on building your freelancing career while having another stream of income by selling products or services. I also doubt that you can easily liquidate your investment when you really need immediate financial support since most of them requires a longer period of time for you to be able to withdraw them.

Hello if you want a legit investment I think the only advice could give you is bet your btc on trading or yet exchange it for exchange coins that could let you participate on IEOs. So far the return of investment on on top IEOs are not disaapointing but only limited to Binance, Okex, Gate.io, and Kucoin. Aside from these other markets for IEO are not okay for me.

Also there are some good returns on some altcoin for staking like AWC with a chance to earn up to 20% interest.

Honestly, you're going to struggle if your starting point is low. Anything you could likely make by trading etc, is likely to be eaten away by exchange/withdrawal/transaction fees... and one bad trade could wipe you out.

And anything offering a "high" return is likely going to be very risky.

Do you have any marketable skills that you can offer others on the services board (or on fiverr etc)?

In my opinion,  bitcoin is probably very good life investment so you are in very good place.
I suggest you to learn more about btc,  technology and if you have some skills or knowledge like programming or logo design offer your services in the market section in the forum.
I hope with bitcoin you will achieve financial freedom and be able to support your family.

Generally, investments will take a year to generate any revenue for you and even it will be very less in percentage so you need to work for now to save your mother.There are freelancing sites available where you can make money by giving your skills to some one.On internet there are lot of ways to make money if you have skills.

There is no fast and easy money. Even in cryptocurrency (bitcoin) could not provide fast money gain or profits. It needs time, patience and effort to be successful in investment.

I think what you need is not an investment. I think you should approach charity organizations or the government sectors that can help you. There are those politicians that can also provide even just a little amount you can ask for the medications of your mother. Besides, there are many of them you can approach. Anyway, where are you from?

In this period where pandemic had made the crisis worst let just have to think on how to survive. One way of doing it is to avoid getting infected by covid19. It is pretty sure that high expenses were being shoulder to the covid19 patients.

I hope anyone can open a thread for donations to the patients who got sick. It may not be appropriate to do it here but it is all about helping so probably MODs could understand for its cause.

In theory donations for the sick are definitely not bad. The thing though is, if such donation posts were to be allowed on Bitcointalk, a lot of people would be taking advantage of it and will fabricate stories just to try to get money off people.

There are better platforms for such purpose, such as GoFundMe.

Investment should be aimed for long-term, if you need it whithin a short time frame, like 1-3 months, prolly applying for more jobs is a better idea. Of course it is not going to be easy.

Crypto investment platform is not that great imo, not to mention it is riskier than your regular fiat stock exchanges. It is still possible to aim for 5+% a year with a relatively low risk with that defi stuff, but other than that, you have to be ready for anything. Might as well DCA bitcoin or other alts with some potential and wait for years.

I suggest that don't invest because there is no assurance that you'll win in investing, there's always a risk and you could lose your money.
You are in financial needs rights now, you can't risk, the best thing you do is just to look for a non risky job as it would not require you any investment, and you are guaranteed you'll receive a salary in a regular basis.

I'm getting from OP the feeling that he wants legitimate way to make money fast.
Unfortunately, it's as real as the easter bunny, unless you're really lucky in gambling or in day trading.

Exactly it is and that's how will work in crypto space, you need to face this risk and circumstances that may occur. So, invest only in what you can afford because investment not to take profit for weeks, it seems most usually it takes months if you're lucky enough.

That's right, I also may suggest finding a decent job or if you have knowledge and skills like writing skills, graphic design, or web designer, you're in demand with these skills. A freelancing job also will suitable if you are good in writing.

I am an honest member and here's my honest suggestion.

Mate, I understand that you want to make money, but can you be realistic, investing does not provide you easy money, even if the investment is legit it still does not give your expectation. The thing is, investing should be viewed as a long term journey so you'll not get bored or frustrated but I don't think you like that as your money needs regular medication so you probably need regular income and that can only be done if you have a regular job.

Don't fall with scam and fake websites, there are many fake websites in the crypto world, you have to be careful when trying unknown websites. When you are going to try investment websites, you should read first reviews about it so you would have any idea if the website is really good for you or is it a really legit website that will give return to your investment. There are always reviews about the website so always have time to read thise reviews it will help you know whether the website is real or not.

I have an idea that might sound good to you. Since you mentioned that you have a small amount to invest then I would recommend you to look into Staking.

Do you treat crypto investing as your last resort? If not then don't do it because we all aware of the uncertainties present here. Plus, the mere fact that you only got small capital means you most probably get small return as well. I'm just concern that maybe it will be not worth of your time.

Do you know painting, making portraits or good at video/photo editing? Such talents could give you good commission without losing any money. So if I were you, I will have a break and try to shift into other fields because what I feel in your current situation is that you can't afford to lose even a single cent.
