Let me be the first to welcome you (Pokershares) to the forum. I picked interest in your sites as it offers the opportunity to place bet on the incoming US election but I'm a little bit confused as I tried navigating to the politics menu on the site, I didn't get any information whatsoever or do we have to create an account before we get full access to the site because aa i tried leaving the registration page it gave me a warning. I love how well the site is design, looking forward to your response to my inquiry.

Welcome pokershares. I think I've heard you somewhere or from someone who have said things about you. It would be a good tab if you allow guests or visitors to view the dice.

Thanks! We are very well known in the poker community but not outside of it. We're excited to become active on Bitcointalk. Fair point re; viewing the Dice game, you can view it when you're logged in fyi. I will bring it up with our devs again. Meanwhile, here's a screenshot:

~ I didn't get any information whatsoever
Don't know what other information are you looking for but the odds for each candidate can be viewed even as a guest.
From your T&C: If any amount is mistakenly credited to your Account we shall notify you and the amount will be withdrawn from your Account. If, for any reason, your Account goes overdrawn, you shall be in debt to us for the amount overdrawn. Do you process payments manually? What do you do when users didn't submit any identification prior to withdrawal? We reserve the right to request documentation to verify your identity prior to granting any withdrawals from your Account. We also reserve the right to request this documentation at any time during the lifetime of your relationship with us. Can you please tell us the instances where you asked for verification? Does this include maximum withdrawals? User must not transfer cryptocurrency to the address provided by PokerShares for the deposit purposes from a shared wallet or any other address not solely controlled by the user. You might want to add an explanation why you don't allow direct deposits from exchange wallets or from other online casinos. I'm guessing this is the case: All withdrawals will be made to the original method of payment (deposit).

Checked your site out and was greeted with a registration page which distracted me. Had to close it in order to check the site which was annoying. I advise getting rid of that since the site needs to capture gambler interest in order for them to register.
Also, the FAQ page does not contain information regarding minimum deposit, withdrawal etc which need to be added asap in my opinion.

Users need to be verified in order to request a withdrawal in accordance with our gaming license. We have asked users for enhanced verification in the past when they requested very large deposit limits. Once users are verified we do not request further documentation when they win large and or wish to make large withdrawals. Please note that we also do not exclude winning players. You can enter the desired BTC withdrawal address prior to requesting a withdrawal. I will ask our legal team why the T&C state to only deposit from addresses you fully control. Please let us know should you have any further questions

Fair enough, we have changed the link to just www.pokershares.com so Bitcointalk members are directed to the landing page instead. Thanks for your feedback. The deposit limits are displayed in the deposit section. It's 10 EUR for the Fiat options and there's no minimum for BTC.

The new link doesn't have the sign up pop-up anymore and those who want to check out your site will be able to do it right away without closing the sign up field. It's good that you are active on the forum to implement if the feedback is not positive to the site. The reason why you don't want to accept payments or deposits from direct wallets might be because some wallet providers did bot acknowledge sending crypto to a gambling site. Am I right on this one?.

The speed at which you are answering poster queries here is worth appreciating and my queries have all been cleared too. Site looks better now without the distracting registration page. I observed that you guys are advertising the site through several signature campaigns which is a positive move. If possible, try to provide more popular cryptocurrencies other than BTC as payment methods in the near future.

If they're like SwC that doesn't really require the player information then that's better. By the way, welcome to the forum and I've seen you are running a signature campaign and that's a good sign you're into promotion. Is there a live play available if you bet on a player/s?

If they're like SwC that doesn't really require the player information then that's better. they have KYC but you are not required(unless they deemed it necessary) to give your information upon registration. I am not a huge fan of KYC I understand why these gambling sites require them or request them from their gamblers from time to time. what I don't like about it is when these gambling sites use it as an excuse to unreasonably withhold a gamblers funds, saying that they found suspicious activity from the account just because the account won a huge amount.

There are very few websites that deal with political betting and I guess yours also fall in that list now. By the way Welcome to the forum. I hope you start a signature campaign to promote your website soon.

Our gaming license requires us to request KYC (ID document and proof of address) from our users prior to withdrawing. We are operational for 3.5 years and we have never claimed 'suspicious activity' or something similar to complicate or deny withdrawals. Our reputation as a trustworthy gaming operator is worth everything to us. Please note that we are one of the few crypto accepting gaming sites with a high profile public face of the company. It's one of the reasons many highstakes gamblers from the poker community choose for PokerShares.

Thank you Pakhitheboss. Our politics markets generate high volume for the US2020 elections. I think you'll like our rates. Please note that we have recently launched 2 signature campaigns: Focussed on politics: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5262925.0Focussed on gambling: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5262924.0

I just showed them that you have a KYC since they were wondering about it and just shared my opinion about KYC. I am not specifically talking about your gambling site or trying to make you site look bad(if that is the impression you had I am sorry).
