I do agree that we might call them as criminals syndicate already and not just scammers. Because on the way they change domain names if taken down and then resume but with the same address. Same trick for them and I'm sure that they have reserved some Elon Musk related names to trick people and continue with their crimes. So be careful and be wise not to fall for this trick.
