It is just a two words domain. I don't think they have any value, except if you find already started project which uses these words in the name. If you are not a domain trader, why you register it?
Anyway, you can use it for the blog, for example, there is no priority that there is a strong meaning in the name itself.
My advice to think, in which niche is your interests, then use this domain to promote your hobby or whatever where you have some knowledge

If you don't have anything to do with the domain and the main purpose for buying it is to resell, resell it. And if somebody is willing to buy and to take care of it, why not sell it?
Personally, if someone wants to buy it, I will not hesitate to sell it.
