Precisely. People are silly to think that some famous person that has never spoken about bitcoin before all of a sudden wants to give away large amounts of it. I am not sure what sort of person does this. I get what you saying and you mostly right but some people do give away free money. Go on youtube and look up "Mr beast" Though it could be argued these people earned and deserve the gift he gives so I guess in a way you are right but it is not like he had to give them anything at all.

The primary thing individuals ought to realize is there are no free cash. I would suggest you wish to contribute one way or other to pick up a few. Airdrops are a way to extend the social nearness and promote around the venture but never anticipate anybody to send you a few cash without a reason. There were a few shrewd contracts that started coin dispersion after receiving a few coins but no legit framework would inquire you anything or any fee to urge an airdrop.

Regarding the problem of fake Bitcoin giveaway which is currently happening more and more, actually we have to educate ourselves by learning from the many fraud incidents related to giveaway. Because what we have to realize is that there is no free money, even in some countries drinking mineral water has to pay. So we should be aware if there is a giveaway offer, especially from social media accounts that the person is not a Bitcoin supporter, most likely it is scam. There is the conclusion, don't be greedy and easily attracted by offers that are to be good to be true.

Deception in the guise of Bitcoin is spreading. The most recent and most extensive case is through hacking of a number of famous celebrity Twitter accounts on Wednesday, July 15, 2020. Hackers offer a Bitcoin giveaway from those accounts. So, what are some ways to protect yourself from this mode of crime?
The perpetrators may launch social-based attacks (social engineering) against Twitter employees. Hackers access Twitter's internal systems and devices, and thus successfully tweet the Bitcoin giveaway. For example the Kanye West account which was also hacked. The famous US musician is "tweeting" he will duplicate the Bitcoin sent to his Bitcoin address. With common logic, it is unlikely that anyone would give free money in the form of Bitcoin, without any veiled intentions.
No one will give you free money, not even Bill Gates. If it sounds too sweet, then it's certainly not true, especially in cyberspace.
Before sending your money learn to check if it is true by doing some research. I once has been a victim of my own greed I also sent my money before doing some background check and when I search about it, It turns out to be a scam the lesson is if I didn't get blinded by my greed and check about it first I could have avoided it.

True, there is no such thing as "free cash". But yet people don't understand this. Even airdrops aren't free. They require you to do some tasks in order to be able to receive those coins like share their project or have a wallet which at one point had certain amount of coins and so on. There are even airdrops or giveaways that requires you to "verify" your identity before you can receive those coins. Hence you are giving them your data in exchange of few cents! Who know what they are about to do with your ID or infromation.

We’re not ignorant of the devices of scammers so it’s always advised that bitcoin enthusiasts don’t be greedy or jump into any Cryptocurrency offer you see online because hackers have a way of penetrating into your privacy once you show interest in their schemes. Not all application should be allowed into your device because they have ways of using other application to access your device and do away with your wallet.

Suppose you want to avoid every fake or fraudulent bitcoin giveaway. In that case, you should avoid following every social media accounts that always post giveaways that are too good to be true and avoid opening emails and private messages that are obviously giving you fraudulent details about the crypto space because if you get deceived by these scammers, they will steal all of your essential information and funds.

No way. Just don't believe that someone can make you richer for free.
the crypto give away scam isnt about getting rich because they only say they will double what your going to send on the address so you as a poor you dont have millions to double it but for the original rich people i dont think they will fall on this trick , they already rich and why will they need this and they became rich with hard work and probably face alot of like this and scams before they achieve what they have now but even this is just a money doubler , this thing still dont need to be trusted .

Simple logic and analysation never believe into such offering that will give you free Bitcoin for there is no way such thing can be believable. Imagine that Bitcoin price is really that big as for now, it will be a crazy thing to just depend and wait for blessings coming from give aways that will give you hope to gain and earn Bitcoin through it. You will be just wasting your time hoping with that way and idea and basically those not knowledgeable or let us say ignorant individuals can fall for that scam scheme. Just do your own way of how you can be able to earn real Bitcoin with hard work instead of believing into such obvious scams or fraudulent activities.

The world is at the very beginning days of technology into the financial system. So, people aren't much aware of the technology, quite often when something big happens with bitcoin people used to get some information associated with bitcoin. This is how people learn about bitcoin, by the time when one is new to the network people easily get caught on traps. This is mostly due to the misunderstanding about market that it will make you rich easily. So, from the very beginning itself we need to be more cautious.

I think you must not participate in any bitcoin giving only if the compaign is lunched from a famous exchange and the most important think is to not participate in the giving if the giver ask you to send any amount of money

I also almost sent my funds to a scammer, I saw an advertisement on YouTube from a verified account and almost believed, that is, at first I believed. It was just that there was no money at this point, but then when they appeared, I looked again and decided to double-check and yes it really was a scam.

People should know that, no one is going to sent them free bitcoin even when bitcoin is so much costly.even thats doubtful too cause thus sender wouldn't get any benefit.people shouldn't believe any celebrity who start bitcoin givd away all on a sudden.i also did same mistakes & lost my assests but now i know what is true and false.people also need to verify instead of instant sending their fund

don't be easily tempted by free money or anything else especially the bid is through social media, there is no such thing as free money in this world, there are rampant scams under the guise of free bitcoin on behalf of big people who are successful in the crypto world, so be smart to distinguish between scams and not. because right now it is very difficult to tell the difference but when you are in doubt ask someone who understands this better.

try not to follow him. If anyone wants to do a giveaway very much with "bitcoin" it looks impossible. different if it's an exchange company. They definitely want something more. After you win he will ask for administrative expenses and then run away without bringing a prize for you.

actually distinguishing fake bitcoin giveaway scams is not difficult and in fact very easy. which becomes difficult and invisible because those who believe in the scammer giveaway only want Bitcoin in a very fast way and in large quantities. lack of thoroughness and vigilance will cost us money. This forum has even explained repeatedly about the dangers of fake giveaway, but if they still don't understand it then those who are deceived deserve to experience it as a lesson so that it doesn't happen again.

I think most of newbies and greedy person can be victim for it.First of all remember that "there is no free lunch".Before investing or participating must focus on that:
1. If any project or person offering high amount to give free or demanding little services it mean there is something wrong and avoid it. 2.Visit their social network channels and support services you will realize fake or real. 3.Demanding some amount in case of transfering giveaway it mean there is scam so dont waste your time and avoid it. 4.If demanding you to open link and make account, dont do it because it can be phising link and you may lost your coins.
Beside all still legit project there so just follow the real projects and trustworthy bountymanagers to save your time and money.
