What happened::
I bought binance.us account from him, he gave me binance.com account, and I refused. I have waited for almost a month, and have not received the binance.us account, and he will not refund.

Why you even want to purchase a Binance US account? Are you a US citizen? As far as I know registration on Binance Global is free and only will be needing KYC if you will transact more funds.

Add more details on your conversation it seems like a shallow discussion and will be needed more proof to prosecute the suspect of this scam. ^{So far the account has no complained yet but there is a feedback of that he had close a good deal.}

That's a huge payment for an account. Really curious why your buying an account for that amount which is totally free.
