You realize, of course, that google's search suggestions are tuned to your personal search history, right?

Your own previous searches have very little relevance in the autocomplete and in my case none due to google settings. Just do it yourself and see what comes up, i highly suggest everyone to do it. https://support.google.com/websearch/answer/106230?hl=en

No. I get identical results from a TOR browser. (possible that someone with a botnet did this for luls) I get the same results when I try it too. Not like the results mean anything. Since when have Bitcoin users held regard for the opinions of the masses? (assuming Google autofill can even be considered the masses' opinion)

People making sure they are not "missing out"* by trying to google for reasons that confirm they are not.
Or to make sure their universaly-imposed-debt slave-world will carry on as normal.

I got the same result with google too.I can confirm that I never used/typed any of the suggested term so it can't be based on my search history.

Typically Google suggestions are based on both personal history and what many people are searching for.
Google has been known to artificially change certain search results, censor YouTube videos, etc. It is no secret that Google may have had it's roots in CIA funding and is closely aligned with powerful interests.
Overall, Google has been fairly careful not to engage in TOO much censoring and manipulation, lest it begins to take on damage to its reputation which would seriously erode It's market share as the #1 search engine.
I find these suggestions suspect. Perhaps someone should be writing a news story: is google censoring bitcoin?

I've never seen any evidence In-Q-Tel ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/In-Q-Tel and https://www.iqt.org/ ) funded Google, they however were an initial investor of facebook.
