Well, this is just throwaway account and painting him with red trust ratings have zero effect unfortunately. I suppose this user already knew that he will get negative trust when he started topic. I remember that few years ago some users used their main high ranked accounts for such posts.

Yes, the account was probably created just for this. It was also immediately sufficient up to a -4
Meanwhile all "old" users know that this is dangerous for the account and therefore use dummy users for these requests.
