Are there any laws preventing this set up in tdot, anyone know of any that exist there yet? Would one need to apply for a license of some sort from the city?

I don't think they have any guidelines covering bitcoin ATMs, but you never know with government policies. I read that some places classify them as gambling machines and therefore illegal.

In the future when you list something for sell, you should list the price you are selling it at.
