This is a VoIP Phone Number But Still Recognized by few servers as non-VoIP.
Yes, you can use this for private messaging. But currently you can use it to receive sms only.

For example you want to buy nonrenewable number for 2 months then you will have to pay $4×2 = $8.

We add fresh number in our database that is never been touched before.

Upon expiration of nonrenewable number it is removed from our system to ensure no one else uses that number.

As i told earlier, our number are recognize by some servers as non-voip that's why you will be able to use it on many websites.
Like Google,Facebook,Twitter,Instagram, PayPal there is no restrictions.
