Jetwin have a review page in AskGamblers you should post your case there as well, i'm not sure if it's going to change the situation but it's worth a try as they usually act on the posted issues.

That is surely sad since that is a lot of money. I guess the best thing to do is to wait for someone that would notice your complain and that someone must at least have at least connections with JetWin. Do not forget to raise awareness and make sure to reach all possible platforms to spread this news but stay anonymous (i guess?).

Another thing to consider is do not make decisions on what to do about the money that you will possibly get since you are still not sure that you will be getting the money and creating decisions on where to spend them is a bit risky. I don’t think they will decide to pocket your winnings just because it’s a big win. Revenue from such platforms is much higher.

thats the reason why we have this forum to check the authenticity and reputation of casino sites. before you play in big amounts or send a penny to the site make sure that you read their ToS, their background, feedback/reviews, read their thread if there's any, and have checked google for possible open scam allegations.
now if you got rekt without doing any of those, then its all on you. but you can still get help from the forum by posting in the scam accusations board and post your proofs..it may help your cause of chasing the owner/s and warn other users about potential issues

Wow, you know, this is a very legit and big amount of the money. It is almost 3BTC (2 and more BTC). Is there really casino that will pay this high amount? is this the jackpot? And you must pay fees for the transactions and available for withdrawal?

Almost all casinos have complaint threads all over the internet forums and social media. So, logically everyone throws a dice to join or not this journey ends on the next withdrawal. The thing is, the said "upper support" demanded a fee before they will allow OP to withdraw his winnings.  This is an in your face scamming.  Notice the  point of the casino representative on the telegram saying that they cannot touch the players money when OP ask them to deduct the fee from his fund and yet threatening the player that they will add it to the jackpot as a donation.  It is now a question if that representative from telegram is real support of that Casino, better to ask that person to send all their demands via email then see if they will use the official Jetwin support email.

I just bought the copper membership to post pictures but when I  hit the picture insert button it just shows [img] in quotes  so how do I post the pics I have of the evidence. I have the email from jetwin sending me to Michaeljet and the subsequent messages from my conversation with him plus screenshots of my withdrawal attempt but I dont know how to post them.

there are tons of questions that need to be answered by the gambling site but they will most likely not respond to any of it. if they gambling site stick to the accusation that the OP broke their 5.1 and t.2 rules it is certain the OP won't be getting her money from the gambling site. the gambling site asks for KYC and it is also in their ToS. I am just curious about what gambling site move will be if the OP provided the KYC they are asking and if they will still ask for the "fee" after reviewing the documents from the OP but I have a feeling that the one she talked to on the telegram is not part of the JetWin team

Where should he legally report these kind of acts? Obviously, the website is vast and it would be hard to detect if Jetwin has legal documents on the local government its main server resides. Who can tell where the main office of the Jetwin is? And are there even main offices with this kind of scams?

It would be too risky to find nor report with no exact location where the Jetwin is, and finding them would be a difficult task. But he had enough evidences of the images that tells how rude and suspicious their support was and it would be better if you read it. Therefore, court order would only make things much tougher for the OP. I think letting everyone know with the accident would be fair enough.

It is clearly a scam if they ask you to deposit first before the user can withdraw his/her winnings. If you have proof then you should create an accussation to have more proof that the site should be avoided and avoid more people getting scammed by this fraud platform.
