At the moment, we cannot say with 100% certainty that these requests come from a real Jetwin employee, no such conditions have been sent to him (her) by email.

We don't know, unless they come here and do the same complain, but even with that, OP lose $25000, that's a big amount already and it's reasonable for the scam site to withheld it. This has not transferred to scam accusation yet, I guess OP needs to move this thread.

It is sad the manner in which they have stolen $25,000 from you. I hope you get your winnings from them soon. I will gladly revise my feedback if JETWIN come forward and either counter your claims with their own evidence of if they concede their error and pay you your winnings.

I won 25,000 dollars and jetwin support sent me to some guy named Michaeljet on telegram who proceeded to try and extort me for .2 of bitcoin which is like 2000 dollars. I dont know how much 25,000 is in bitcoin or I would have wrote its translation.

I just bought the copper membership to post pictures but when I  hit the picture insert button it just shows [img] in quotes  so how do I post the pics I have of the evidence. The OP made it clear how he was going to use the money, it is so sad he is being made to suffer in this extremely painful way.

How exactly can you say everybody should only play what they can afford to lose when the OP did exactly that? The problem for the OP is that he had winnings stolen by the casino. JETWIN should post here and apologise to the OP and pay him his winnings or they should simply contest it and provide evidence to counter that of the OP.
