Automatic notifications

I have an electrum wallet with multiple addresses. There us two ideas I want to do

Is it possible to check with the mempool if a transaction is being sent to one of my addresses and send me a notification sms or mail?

Second question, if one of those addresses are receiving a transaction can i make a script that will auto transfer the amount with a custom fee depending on the actual fee price so that I can balance the speed/price without over paying the transaction cost and not wait too long

Blockchain.info (now blockchain.com) used to have such feature & you can use it on watch-only wallet, but i don't know if such feature is still exist.

I have always used the Wallet Watcher from Blockonomics for doing this - https://www.blockonomics.co/views/wallet-watcher.html. It is free for up to 100 addresses, supports importing xpubs rather than just individual addresses, and will send an email notification on any incoming or outgoing transactions. Just make sure you go in to "Settings" and check the "Subscribe to notification emails" box.

With Electrum? Impossible, but there are some services which automatically send email / SMS when an address have new transaction.

It might be possible, but i don't know whether Electrum have feature to execute specific script when there's new transaction (which is required to achieve task)

electrum has a notify option which can tell a script about transactions relevant to your wallet. then your script can move your coins using electrum. type `electrum help` on the command line  (linux,macosx only) or use the json rpc interface:

There's also Telegram bot to notify you if you're interested. Like MagnumNotifier for example. Most of them are free for 1-3 address.
