Is UNISWAP the future of DEX?

The volume on Uniswap is massive even with the single chain, this shows how DEX is still acceptable and attractive. IDEX would have been a competitor if not the removal of anonymity, I just hope the exchange could theirs as well. I also think the exchange should be aware of security, the single hack on Etherdelta is responsible for decline state of the exchange till today. DEFI is enjoying the high volume trade as project mostly built on ethereum blockchain

Yeah and you know the best thing in Uniswap is you cannot fake volume in here like most exchanges are doing using a lot of bots to make volume huge but the fact is its totally fake this dex can actually surpass Binance volume look at ampl token Kucoin has nothing compared to Uniswap.

This swap service totally pegged with the blockchain and it can't be manipulated but the only problem is this swap service is not doing any verification for the token listing.

Agree you have to DYOR first before entering a new token for now the only problem I can see in uniswap is the transaction fees in eth network the only solution is eth 2.0 once live many CEX exchanges will out of the business lol expect a massive shifting from CEX to DEX in the next few years, why I said so? Because of liquidity problems in most CEX even Binance has this problem in some old coins that lead to delisting which is really unfortunate.

Thats how dex works. But I agree uniswap should at least have some verification or screening method of projects being listed cause running away by the fake projects are so easy with no ties up. They can even remove liquidity if they want. Im sort of a trader who loves a trading chart and stop loss functions. But when I experienced uniswap its good and very easy to use. Im trying it to buy sometime using trustwallet app dApp and very convenient for me.

you already said it or should i say it again ?  this is how decentralize roll  .

 thats one of their disadvantage which got people turned off . cant you guys see that most weak projects are often get listed on dex'es  .  uniswap is popular and this exchange can really be the future of dex'es if it keeps its momentum  but its also early , as the trend for decentralization is only starting and for sure there are going to be new dex realeses soon .

Yes you can see compare to other dex or even cex uniswap has really huge liquidity meaning you can exchange your token in an instant even in large volume even in million dollar like the example in OP.

Lucky for those people who do make trades on uniswap before September 1.I had missed out this opportunity yet we know that fees into those days wayback are horrible thats why i havent consider

Its just easy but the fees do really put me away but we know that it cant really took the blame considering on the current network condition which is congested.

UNI tokens have already listed in almost all of the major exchange sites ad that shows us about how popular the uniswap right now. There are bunch of the swap services but the only uniswap that can atract billion volume to go back to the dex called uniswap service again.
that needs a few steps to trade on the uniswap but the problem is you can't see the detail of the market on the uniswap.

I know that there's an information site for uniswap too but it's not so complete as cex.

I would like to say yes , but with this ethereum gas fee and this delay in transaction, no , unless they make a newer blockchain, faster with lower fee , It's been a while I haven't used uniswap though since the gas fee is too much and it doesn't really worth it!

agree with you, with the current high fees it looks like it would be better to use another blockchain...
in terms of cost and speed, trc-20 is better than erc-20. fee is an obstacle for all traders.

What makes people happy is doing a transaction with a considerable less fees, lately eth has made it impossible to experience less fees, i think many people won't find uniswap as great as many would want it to be because of the high fees, the reason why many people miss out on their airdrop, honestly,  I can't imagine paying such high fees to do any transaction, it is not fair, blockchain and crypto is suppose to be cheaper than traditional transaction but eth has manage to change that.

I agree on this one and that what makes them unique which did really spark out people here on crypto had some interest on it.Some might say that it isnt something new but basing off on features then you can really say that its quite relevant and useful.When we do talk about future then theres no assurance for it to replace
the old but it does really have the chance to become the new trend or system at the moment when it comes to DEX.So far its been doing pretty well
as day goes by and it do gain up trust compared to those projects that arent really making or offering something new.

The popularity that has already achieved by UNISWAP has come from the ethereum. That's why UNI will never leave from ethereum's ecosystem but i think that if UNI will be supported the more chains to be added on its ecosystem as we know that if there are so many new blockchains right now.

Just try to bring more chains to the UNI will be enough to give more alternative for people to use another chain when ether chain was getting clogged.

I believe there is more dex that is making a fork of uniswap but adding more useful tools. no wonder it is one of the most popular Dex but for transaction cost right now it's too high and traders are going for pancakeswap that is based in BSC blockchain the cost of the transaction of the swap is cheaper I believe more project is migrating to BSC due to the cheap gas price

Swap trading is a very popular thing in the present which may be an alternative way of trading in the future, which may also; it will swipe some markets where the gas cost is too large, will be displaced by swap trading which of course with the support of very low fees.
Or will this be temporary fame due to the intense competition
