When we will see $12k Bitcoin once again?

i wouldnt call $12k bad but its a holy grail because no one would expect that btc will reach the amount this time when everyone or everything is not in a good mood for business .

 its done it did reach 12k so what can we do ?  we cant help but expect for more   .  you just give me an idea that $15k-$16k is an attractive values to hit next  .  as of now price parked at 11k something but itl move once again anytime of the day

I think it's still going to grow. Currently Bitcoin has a good support point at $ 11k4, it could grow further into the future. capitalization is being pumped into this market a lot and bitcoin dominance is decreasing. Altcoin season is going on but it is only for a short time, there will be a sell-off of altcoins for investors to all in Bitcoin. I predict the price could go up to over 20k $ this year or next year.

The rest of the price is still quite stable so I think the market movement will continue and to hit 12k is an easy moment when the market is still in a bull run, we have to see how this correction will happen going forward but in my opinion it will not be as bad as what we are. wants to buy at low prices but for sure this resistance is very strong to continue above 11.5k.
After 12k it might be easier to go up faster.

Then another correction might happen.

I thought that the price will be stabling at the price of $11K, rising to $11.8K then went back to $11.3K the last days, right now it is at $11.7K which might be the time for it to break the wall to $12K. I think it will just be a matter of time or maybe days. I also agree that after breaking at $12K, there will be a low resistance going higher.

Just looked on the price chart and we are $11800, there could be a correction the buy support is strong now we can finish the month of August at $12000 so far things are looking good I'm optimistic on another all time high,but I'm also realistic that it could not happen this year probably early next year or first quarter, that's a moderate prediction based on the price movement.

Look at the chart and observe it very carefully, there are a lot of spike in the $12k area and most of them failed to stay above it. The thing is the bitcoin is having a hard time to surpass it, meaning there will be another rally if the bitcoin managed to achieve it. Even though we are now in bullish market, we should still be careful because everything can happen. It can transition into downtrend easily through breakdowns so we should always have a back up plan but the possibility of that happening is low so it means that the price of the bitcoin can go up more due to its current sentiments.

It will happen, whether this month or next month. I am not sure if the price can go near $15k before this month-end because it only has 13 days to increase. But no matter what, I am sure that $15k is about the time, and if the time comes, bitcoin price will slowly rise and break $15k.

The 9-day exponential moving average hasn't crossed the 26-day EMA, which is a good sign because as long as the shorter EMA is much higher than the longer EMA then we can expect the BTC price not to dip and lose the ground it recently gained.

Woah!  I woke up not too long ago, opened my Electrum wallet and noticed that bitcoin had surpassed the $12k point.  It was pretty close to that for the past week or so, but I wasn't sure whether bitcoin was going to break to the up or down side.  And man, back in April I was pretty certain that we wouldn't even see it at $10k this year, so this is a nice surprise.  The only question in my head is whether these gains can be sustained or not.  There's been a lot of money being pumped into all the markets, so there's been a lot of buying of many different asset classes--but if the money printing presses stop running or interest rates start to rise, bitcoin is in trouble (same with the stock market and precious metals).

Assuming the good times keep rolling, it'll be interesting to see how close bitcoin can get to a new ATH this year.  I'm not hoping it'll happen in 2020, but it'd be nice if we started moving to that point.

12k was broken already, there are ups and downs so even though it wasn't over 12k for very long, almost all big exchanges has already seen above 12k in flashes and went down, the trick is not to go above 12k anymore, it is 14-15k like you guys said. But if you ask me that is not going to happen anytime soon, sure it will happen and I am always bull on bitcoin and never had any trouble at all with it, however I think the clear distinction between a bull run and a stable increase is the hype and sudden movement.

When there is a bull run it goes from 9k to 11k in a day like we have seen, however when it is a stable increase which I love it when happens, it increases few hundred dollars per day and becomes a lot in the longer period of time that would help us reach to increase.

not even a month from when the OP posted this thread and we already touched the $12k mark. really great to see such bitcoin's performance in the market. so at the end of this year, the possibility of reaching 15k is about to happen. we may be seeing 9-11k again. but the fact that we reached $12k is already a big leap for bitcoin considering that we are in the pandemic crisis.

Whenever the market is indecisive like this I usually go to Tradingview to try to understand what's going on.

- The pivot point right now, which you can see here, is $10573.23. So if we ever trade below this level in the near future, expect the market to become bearish.
- $12241.46 is our current resistance and $9688.51 is our support. Let's ignore further resistances and supports until the price clears one of these levels.

The market is in a downtrend right now but the 14-period RSI indicator is doing a good job at predicting uptrends and downtrends, though it choked on the mid-August 17 bull run. You can see the RSI break the lower bound coinciding with the bullish trends during August 18 and 19.

Price dip as we lost weekly average pricing, normally its more positive over weekends but its dipped down today and then recovered towards the end of the day so call it flat for now.



I noticed the low here is roughly in line with the initial highs of late July. So we've maintained the first burst of positive action that broke us out of the 10k band that restricted us so long.   In this way we can say BTC is still acting positively in more then a near term way, near term its a bit more challenged but that can also just be meandering of the price as we've done alot of times previous.   Always the longer term pricing is more important in judgement.
Price right now BTC is at a 2 day average and keeping that shows we are not so negative in determination.

It's already touching $12k, and the price still gets a green candle in the market. I guess that this week can be a good week for bitcoin to rise more than last week. But we need to be careful and aware because if the support is not too strong, the price can get dump again. We can enjoy this time by selling some bitcoin while the price can rise to $12k because this is the new ATH for this week.
