There is no one here who has the multi-language skills you mentioned, you have to employ several people or I strongly recommend you have to hire someone who is a trusted translator coordinator. Maybe wwzsocki can help you

I can do spanish and english, maybe romanian if needed, and swedish would be quite expensive as i would need to involve someone else since i'm bad at this one.
