Can I create a flag for this user?

An user is using fake vouch to sell ebook. If you check this- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5203763.0, you will see that a lot of newbies with only 1 post is vpuching OP as a good seller which I doubt because all the newbies have only 1 post and the post is in the OP's thread.
Now, will it be a good idea to create a flag type 1 so that no one get scammed through his fake vouching?

I see that all replies to comments on the topic are: 'Newbie'.
So there were two guesses that crossed my mind,

• He answers all the answers himself or creates a one-time account, to attract other fans.

Because fraud is not moderated on this forum, to keep and remember other members who play poker, stay safe.
I would argue that [1] type is good for that. I support.

Due to various concrete red flags, I believe that anyone dealing with this user has a high risk of losing money. (This flag will only be shown to guests/newbies.)

I don't think it is necessary to create a flag yet. Seems newbies are spamming there, but its matter of moderation, its not included the trust system. Actually, he is bumping thread by creating alt IMHO. To create multiple accounts that are allowed by the forum, we can't create a flag for multiple accounts that are bumping thread unless sold bumping services. It would be better to report to moderators about spam posts or you may report it [CLUB] The SpamBusters! Busting rule-breakers constantly.

The flag is not for him bumping or spamming. I wanted to crested flag because he is using fake vouch/feedback for his service which will easily help him to scam newbie even. What do you think? Using fake vouches shouldn't be alerted to others?
