I remained invested all throughout 2017 18 19 and now. The only thing that I did in those years was switching from altcoins to Bitcoin.

If you're waiting for the altcoin season you can safely do the same and have one less problem on your minds. I still have some ETH and ADA but that's all.

I am slowly improving my analytical skills, maybe I have developed and also I have been in the crypto market for 3 years, I think I have started to know about the market situation.

What I'm trying to say is every correction with the price of Bitcoin is an opportunity for us investors to buy it. There are 2 mistakes you make while in sleep mode,

I think for sure they are sleeping but we also need to monitor the market. I do spend a lot of time trading especially when the market price is having a lot of volatility or the market price is pumping.

I guess there are a lot of times where I miss-selling some altcoins or even in bitcoin because I don't monitor the movement of the tokens. Setting it to automatic sell would give profit but it's not convenient and not the best thing to do in trading you need to wait for the right timing to sell the token for the best profit possible so monitor and maybe skip sleeping is a good option.
