I have no idea to invest in a legit project at the moment because there are too many new projects popping up, can you give me any suggestions? I know some projects like IDENA but I lost the first moment.

In the cryptocurrency sector, there is always a fear of getting left behind. And if you fall in to this trap, then there is a good chance that you will lose your capital. Back in 2017, it was the ICO hype. Then two years later, the IEOs appeared. The latest craze (regarding the DeFi) is the third such incident. I would recommend you to stay away from this, until the picture becomes clear.

It is not news that the crypto market is booming now, I hope you are already putting every necessary things in place to maximize the state of the market now and the state to come. Why is everyone talking about "investing"? This is speculative trading... And everyone knows this will be a pump & dump like in 2018. In other words: in the coming months, someone that puts money in crypto has to daily or hourly check news which for some people is a lot of effort....

Because many of us are here for the long run. I haven't sold almost anything in 2018 and still hold coins bought in 2017. I've even managed to increase my portfolio in the bear market of 2018 and 2019.

Scared cats call it speculative trading but for strong hand holders it's still investing.

No , I mean I have put my funds into some categories project. a pieces of funds I put on defi project. Then also I put on Idena project . Because Idena has unique concept that introduce Proof-Of-Person Blockchain.

IDENA was good project in my opinion , they bring new concept of mining. i am read to get idena , we didnt need high specification computer . we only need good internet connection,beside of that it will be smart contract platform too. even this is not Defi project, but look at their plan in future i i am sure it will be big project.

A wise investor and a crypto believer will wait for their best chance buy buying their assets at the bottom and sell it at the peak. The timing is somewhat very difficult but a true investors can easily pull this move if he has patient and he believe the potential of crypto currencies.

Bitcoins and alt coins prices are still rising, I wouldn't call it a "downtrend" at the moment. Personally you could call me a sleeper, because I am just holding my coins. Not looking to sell at the moment. If I get lucky when gambling I am adding to my holdings, but sell FIAT for cryptos is a bit hard for me at the moment as the economy is such a weak state. I wish I had more pocket change to invest. I am doing the same for my stock portfolio, just holding and forgeting about them at the moment.

I see them completely the same, not too much difference from the way the public sales and the way projects work. And not too many Defi projects actually get the product, most of them are new projects and just take advantage of Defi to be able to raise funds and develop the project.

Investing in the project well it's not for me but investing in cryptos is ok. High risk of investing in the new projects I prefer to invest top coins in coinmarketcap because the market is getting better.

I have Bitcoin from $2000, my first Ethereum was over $400, and now after two years I am even with my first investment, but later I bought many more times in range from $100-$200. We are holding for more than 2 years, and believe me I don't plan to stop now. This just started, we will see
higher prices, we just need to be patient and to accumulate more in every way we can.
