Cashless economy is not yet ready,so, cash is cash and not a trash even we are now in a new generation which is fully  digital with new and modern technology. Still, we need cash because not all countries are accepting payments using digital currency. And Cash is all the people know and familiar especially the old people and those who leave in a remote area where there is no electricity and internet connection nor gadgets to be use.

Cash in normal states will never be rubbish. Therefore, this expression is generally incorrect. You can call the bolivar rubbish in Venezuela, when constant high inflation has practically devalued it. However, it never occurs to anyone to call the pound sterling rubbish.
Now there is a tendency to digitize the common currencies of states, but this process will be gradual and is unlikely to end with the complete displacement of paper money.

It sounds cruel and harsh calling out cash to be a trash and at the same time too insensitive for the reason that many people are still using cash nowadays since for them it is the most convenient valuable type of money they can have to sustain daily life needs coming from work which pays them cash or paper money for a job well done.

Cash is not a trash at all because it is still acceptable by many but if you look at its value, then we can say that cash is far behind gold, bitcoin and stock market as well. Those people who are laughing don’t have any kind of investment and didn’t realize its importance. If you want to be beaten by the inflation then go focus on your cash but if you want more, use gold and cryptocurrency.

I agree. It is not appropriate to call cash a trash for it is still widelt acceptable by many people and the government as well because it is the only type of money in different currencies that are free to be used by many people compared to cryptocurrencies alone. The value might be far behind gold and Bitcoin but still people make used to have it for it is a valuable thing for them. A trash is something that have already no value and that must be disposed already. But cash have value so basically it is not classified as a trash. It is just so insensitive for someone to call cash a trash like he have not used to have it before crypto and digital currencies have arise.

Moreover, I think that cash will remain on par with electronic money for a long time to come. Many countries will find it difficult to abandon paper money due to the unstable economy. Therefore, calling cash a trash is not entirely correct, since a huge number of people continue to use it.

I think it is very inappropriate to coin or name cash as a trash for we have been using cash moreover before digital currencies like crypto have come into action. Also, if you would think about it, how can you say that cash is a trash when it still do have decent value stored in it and it is still in used with different currencies across the world by many people because it is a valuable thing that must have every single moment to be able to sustain your needs in life. Saying cash to be a trash seems like that it has no value and must be disposed already but that was not actually right because cash or physical money is the first thing people have before it have turned into a digital one. The cashless society that is aiming by some people is still having holes and flaws so definitely you can't say harsh words to it. There are many things they should have to add to the system of cashless society before they fully implement and throw away cash.

Cash is still useful and it can be used in many things especially on those people who are leaving in the province and for those who still don't have internet. Even our technology develops every year, I bet that cash will still be useful.

We're still not in the cashless society so we couldn't say that cash is trash. We still need cash because crypto isn't still acceptable in most countries. In order for us to purchase something out of our cryptocurrency, we still need to convert it into cash. Despite the developing technology which includes the existence of cryptocurrency, cash will always be useful in so many ways for us to sustain our living especially during the situation that we have right now.

Digital currency is not yet available in all countries. Money is never trash for especially poor people. In undeveloped or developing countries, all kinds of transactions are done with the money. Maybe one-day money can be considered as trash but the chances are less but now money is worth it.

If you have an investment, it has to mean that you own something. If the thing you own, has no value or even negative value, you don't have an investment you only have trash.
So IMO, by definition an investment, has to have a positive value and if it has it cannot be considered trash.

Simply put that at some point he was presented to the wrong because of the happenings at the time which was in total opposite of what Ray Diallo was saying at the time and now circumstances has changed which made it seems that he is right but hey, circumstances can still change as well.

This is the fact that other people should think that cash is not trash. Even there is crypto used by many cash is still in demand indeed. Seem like it is just a proccess, I agree with him because sooner or later the old system will be replaced. Like barter system that successfully replaced by money that being used so far. If we look to the history, barter system was replaced just because there is many disadvantage and the human got thinking that they should find another alternative to make a transactation tool which is easy to use.

Actually in our country there is a new design of fiat money which clearly means cash still gave value and not a trash. Govenrment will not issue a cash which is trash and has no value and not beneficial to the people.

Economically speaking it looks like it is very difficult to remove cash forever, it looks like it could be impossible to do something like that because cash itself is the reason why banks could put money into their vaults and say that they have some money but in reality they are spending way more than what they have in their vault.

However technologically speaking we are talking about a situation where the world is improving constantly and that is why I feel like there is a huge chance that people may not actually use cash forever. I don't know which one will prevail, maybe there is some sort of situation where people would actually use cash even 100 years later, maybe there will be a situation where everyone will stop using it and start using something totally different.

Cash is much better than the IOU money that banks are offering us.

Cash has its disadvantages compared to cryptocurrencies because it can be damaged and it's easier to steal but it's still better than fiat on your bank account that can be monitored and seized.

Cashless society is possible just like a world without the military and wars but possible doesn't mean it's going to happen in our lifetime.
