This is a good catch OP, the photos used are from prominent people. Also its funny the one you highlighted, it seems like the one who trying to create this project does not find a good words to complete their goal for creating the project. Ive visited the site and they are running a 3rd phase now, for 25 days before the real ICO starts. But it looks like a gimmick only.

Also used coingecko as their partner and they even have sold tokens. What is interesting is this:
