I'd require EU SIMs, preferably able to ship bulk quantities.
Hit me up for any country, as long as the price is fair; I'm interested  

No balance required.
Sealed / unused would be best, with the ability to do EU Roaming.

A small sample first would be great, as I'll obviously need to test these SIMs first.

Austria is not so easy any more, as ID registration for prepaid SIM cards got a legal requirement in 2019/2020.
But anon UK sims in small quantities would be possible.
And spanish anon SIMS are easyer to find then these from Portugal. Just btw

Got Spain already, but looking for more suppliers of course.
