It is dangerous to purchase a verified Advanced Cash account, the party who sells the account can recover their account in the future and claim that he have hacked.
It is also possible to buy a stolen or hacked account.
If you are looking for ways to use Bitcoin, you can buy gift cards, and you can also buy prepaid Visa cards that you can pay with in several sites without the need to verify the identity.

BTW: say away from newbie accounts, most of them scammers.
