Where does this break the ToS?!? I just checked, there is only an aligment where it says:

The Service is intended solely for the User’s personal use. The User is only allowed to wager for his/her personal entertainment and may not create multiple accounts, including for the purpose of collusion and/or abuse of service.

Well, you can argue until the cows come home but it boils down to the admin(s) final decision. Of course some services are fine with transfer of ownership but remember, everyone that register is at the mercy of the service provider.

Stunna has already made it clear that it's prohibited, so do you still want to take the risk by going against his words? Wink

You're wrong here. Stake is now part of Curacao Gambling, quite doesn't matter what the admin has to say.. Wink

The Curacao Gambling is just a license issuer, not the owner. Stake.com is owned by Medium Rare NV, or specifically by the founder Eddie Miroslav.

Quote
Betradar, the supplier and provider of sports betting data services, and Stake.com, one of the biggest crypto casinos, just officialised their partnership with a 2 years agreement launching Stake sportsbook.

Stake.com (Medium Rare N.V.) is a cryptocurrency casino that had, in less than 3 years of operation, more than 11 billion bets done in their platform, the whole group has an impeccable baggage on the crypto sphere with more than 50 billion bets accumulated between Stake and Primedice brands.

Some of the biggest Sportsbooks in the world are way bellowed the half a billion bets per year mark. Stake has created an aggressive plan for, in less than one year, being able to replicate their success in their own and unique casino games into their new Sportsbook product and for that, they decided to join forces with Betradar’s MTS team.

On the other hand, Betradar from the Sportsradar group, after securing exclusive deals with competitions like NBA, FIFA, NFL and NHL are now diving into the cryptocurrency sphere with Stake’s agreement.

Owner of the Stake platform, Eddie Miroslav is looking forward to the venture ahead, and is excited to introduce sports to his casino players.

You're both wrong, their licence is based on some rules they all have to apply. As long as KYC is not mandatory and it is not specified in their ToS they can't do anything.

Its not like PD owned by stunna 6 years ago.. the game has changed a bit

3k is too much, 1k tho sounds ok. I am platinium aswell it took me 3-4 days to reach it when I first started on stake. Now am not playing anymore but i can say each week i get 20-30 euro for free of which i wagger x20 and increases my other bonus to play for fun from yime to time

You needed 3-4 days to reach platinum?Huh?
I got the numbers some days ago and for platinum you have to have wagered around 250000$ at the moment.
Also Im not sure how to read these numbers:

"Here is the full list of wagering requirements for VIP levels:
Bronze = 10k$
Silver = 50k$
Gold = 100k$
Platinum I = 250k$
Platinum II = 500k$
Platinum III = 1 million $
Platinum IV = 2.5 millions $
Platinum V = 5 millions $
Platinum VI = 10 millions $
Diamond I = 25 millions $
Diamond II = 50 millions $
Diamond III = 100 millions $
Diamond IV = 250 millions $
Diamond V = 500 millions $
Diamond VI = 1 billion $

In case you play on Sports use a multiplier factor x3 to calculate your wagered amount. Sports has different house edge where VIP progress is achieved faster."

For gold, did I have to wager 10k, 50k and then 100k to get gold or is it counting up? Meaning after 10k I am bronze, another 40k so I have silver, and so on...

EDIT, calculated it myself as I reached gold some days ago and am now at 50% to platinum. Made bets for around 25k which with 3x is 75k. So I need 150k to go from silver to gold.

His luck on selling the account isnt going too well it seems. It sounds like a good deal, but like I said. He would have made the money he was looking to sell it for already so the deal seems weird to me.

Im pretty sure this account will be instabanned pretty quickly after being bought...

Since it has already been posted in the official thread and has already received stunnas attention.

Just keep the account and make yourself the supposedly $250 a day...  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

I'll quote it here in case people are still stupid enough to buy this account:

I just saw this(quoted below) is account sale from your website allowed? obviously I can't afford it and won't bother buying an account. I am just curious whether it is allowed or there will be a penalty for those who will be caught buying an account(I am not sure how you'll differentiate a bought account though).

Stake diamond account for sale

$3000

Includes 250 a day reload

Basically paid for in 2 weeks
archived through: https://loyce.club/archive/posts/5489/54896855.html

Nah not allowed, we close any accounts that are deemed to be bought.

[/quote]there is no way he will know if and account is bought

They don't ban if the account is sold, thats ridiculous.

It is good to buy example. If the reload is on next saturday 250 usd, buy it. If not don't. The user will have aswell to eagger more for sure to keep the relpad, but the reload it is a bit confusing as it is also based on the loses/profit ratio.

It was posted in the original Thread and the Boss said so... why would he lie?  Roll Eyes
It breaks the TOS and therefore will be banned.. pretty simple..
how wll they know an account that is sold. there are very many plats and diamonds. the only way to know is i stnna pretends to want to buy.
