If my computer is hacked, why haven’t my other wallets been stolen? All other coins in the computer are unlocking POS, and only zel needs a password to send coins, and the value of other wallets is no less than zel, zel’s team The technician said that there was no node vulnerability and that others were running well, but why did I get stolen? The team is unwilling to spend time helping me find the coins, which is disappointing
Hi,
On the contrary, several of our team members were absolutely willing to listen, and help you to the best of our ability and to what is possible. It's what we do.
I'm a Mod on the Zel discord. You came to us claiming that coins were stolen from your wallet - and we sympathize. From what you've told us, your coins were sent (apparently without your knowledge) to another wallet by someone who gained access to your wallet. What you don't seem to understand (or accept) is that private keys to a wallet are everything. This isn't even about needing a password to send coins - if your private keys are compromised, your funds will be stolen regardless if you wallet is open, or if your computer is even turned on. Again, that's just an unfortunate fact. Zelcore
does not offer custodial services. Just like any wallet, the users remain responsible for their own private keys, and if those keys are compromised, they run the risk of having their crypto stolen. We understand you're upset, but this is merely the fact of the matter.
Again, we sympathize for your loss but the safe custody of wallets (and their keys) is something we hope everyone takes seriously - regardless of the wallet people use to store their crypto.
