MellowAds.com - August 2020 - Has it stopped paying publishers?

We have tried to withdraw yesterday 0.002 BTC from MellowAds (around $22) and it didn't go through.
So we tried the minimum which is 0.001 BTC ($11) and it did go through.

We still have another 0.0015 BTC available in the account - we tried to withdraw it but we keep on getting the following error message:



They have insufficient balance in their wallet.
Are they going to fix it?

Another thing to mention we have submitted our sites for approval from February 2020 - the status is still "Pending Approval".

We sent a few emails every few wees/months asking for an update but never received any response.

Is this how they run their business at the moment?
