On this day 30 july in 2015, the main network of one of the most beloved cryptocurrencies, Ethereum, was launched.
Congratulations to everyone who has supported and developed the project all these years!

Wow, I'm just getting to know now that ethereum was launched in 2015. I wished I joined the space earlier and got some of the tokens cheaper then. It has been a great ride having ethereum as the second largest cryptocurrency and its a clear demonstration to the fact that real use case determines how far a project will go. I believe there's still much more to be unveiled, especially with the anticipated ethereum 2.0 which would be bringing the proof of stake algorithm to play. I wish to see ethereum flying higher and trading above $1,000, in few years time.

The addresses created for Ethereum are more than bitcoin even in the earliest days because during the days of bitcoin, the interest of people are not that much.

But on the time Ethereum network has launched, people are starting to know about cryptocurrencies and creates wallet for every project that's being launched and luckily, Ethereum is at the top of altcoins up to this date.

Is this graph which has a number of address history both after launching Bitcoin and Ethereum? Coinmarketcap is a very helpful app and website. Ethereum is a very good coin but prices fall down to increase supply. Here Ethereum is also the best example: Ethereum launched 2 years later after published white paper. Congratulation.

Nice, ethereum deserves to be congratulated. It's journey is tough but well grown for the past 5 years. This is something that we can celebrate, I mean 5 years and still one of the best and potential coin that stands on top for the past 5 years. This just indicates that most of investors trust ethereum network. With ups and downs, eth manage to survive. We can clearly see at the graph that it was moved positively with it's great platform. Wow. I don't get noticed this until have read this post. Well, thank you for remembering this and I know that many of us have forgotten this.

Back then,
Ethereum has a good and very impressive start, market gain build-up compared to Bitcoin but along the race, Bitcoin still wins. It is that making Bitcoin dominating the entire crypto market while Ethereum dominating altcoins.  

This is credited by its developers and until now, everything still in the competition. Will it have to look at how this ETH 2.0 will give an impact on the market trend and sees how it becomes more adaptable to the people/investors around. A long journey for ETH continues and proven its potentiality which people put trust in this.

Is hard to predict the ETH price in the next 5 years, we know is the main coin used to run all kind of tokens, ICOs, etc... but at the same time they are moving to staking, and from the past coins running stacking we had realize that doesn't cooperate with the term decentralization, exchanges will become the main miners, so, i'm not sure if that will be a good thing.

The 5th anniversary of the launch of ETH is a very important milestone of this coin and hope Vitalik will soon announce 2.0 news in the next few months.

They should hurry because most of there major competitors like Harmony(ONE) are already started staking and soon will solve scalability. If One tps is greater  to ETH v2.0, That will give a problem to Ethereum investors because this upgrade is the hype everyone waiting which only result to a greatest upset due to some New project beat them.

Reminding that ETH was already 5 years makes me feel regretful again for not buying it when it's price was below 50$ even though I have huge stock of BTC that time.

A perfect timing it is, a birthday of Ethereum and the pumping price of it is a very well mannered and deserves to congratulate.  Hoping for Ethereum to rise up more this coming months and until of this  year because it deserves to be in the top 2, next to Bitcoin. We may not see the ATH again of it but it's a good sign that the price is really holding up good and this will make holders to rejoice as well as investors.

Although the price of ETH has not been back to its ATH after its fall on the year 2018, the price seems to get stable in the $200+ throughout these years. Sometimes it almost crashes below $80, it recovers again after some days or months. This is one of the indication why ETH is one of the best to choose to invest your money in cryptocurrencies. One of its good traits is it doesn't really decrease its price to the max where it never recovered again like those coins created the same year with ETH. in just 5 years the ethereum population has defeated bitcoin. but this is not comparable with existing growth, too many unused addresses, making the ethereum network less than optimal. the impact on the network load is greater than it should. too easy to make a wallet is also one of the factors why this happens. so this achievement is not something to be proud of.

I should bought a lot when its still cheap. 5 years of work and development I think finally ethereum can showcase the true color of the first smart contract platform. I guess defi has really good timing when eth 2.0 is gonna be out. I am wondering what would happened to eth platform when its on a new environment. Everybody is anticipating what could be the effect of their migration especially on price. I dont want to speculate but its gonna be a trigger to possible breaking their ATH last 2017.

Ethereum is really one of the best things that has been created in the cryptocurrency industry/community. Apart from Bitcoin that has made money and payment easier with the use of the Blockchain Technology, Ethereum is doing the same thing for apps. It created a platform that will allow smart contracts to run without trust. I have been seeing about the Ethereum 2.0 that will be launched anytime from now, they have not announced any date. I believe there is still more that Ethereum will have to offer us.

This is a clear indication that good innovations grows with time despite all odds, however to grow despite all odds the team must be willing and ready to put in their best. Ethereum just like Bitcoin, passed through stages which refined it and in all the team weren't relenting, hence I wish this will teach upcoming project teams a lesson to stick to their goals and objectives thereby joining the major altcoins while making the crypto space a better one. Earlier, Buterin stated that improvements to Ethereum 2.0 will be introduced to this coin no later than five years of ethereum's existence. I would like to see the updated ethereum as soon as possible. Of course, the improvements are very serious and corresponding serious preparation is needed, which would eliminate or significantly reduce the vulnerability of ethereum in its work.
However, the price of ethereum is already growing much faster as a percentage compared to the price of bitcoin. This is good news.
