Better late than never, so yes make your investments towards ethereum but don't be too greedy and expect your profits on the next weeks sometimes it may take too longer because the bullish trend already started and reached a certain level not sure the trend will continue or not but remember we are still far behind ethereum's all time high price so yeah we have chances.

its hard to tell now what will be the price of ETH after but, that update of ETH will help the price increase but I don't know if this things will continue after  they fully launch the upgrade.

You should buy ETH in early days of 2020 like in quarter 1 when you have many times to buy it at cheaper price by now it's hard to decide.

With my experience in crypto market, I think it's of course not a good time to enter in a market. You should never enter in a market in such a condition if a certain coin get increaded hugely. May be there is still chance but it may have dump soon. If you are a day trader, may be it's a good opportunity to get some quick cash but for investing by expecting a good profit wouldn't be good idea since it has already increaded huge or overpriced.

I also think that one of the major reasons for the increase in the price of ethereum among other reasons is to update their network system. With the price of etherium rising to 345+ today, investing in this upward trend seems risky. You should never enter a market where the price of a particular currency rises sharply. You can still take the risk if you want.

That would be the general concept, your money and the choice rhymes right but you need you understand the risk too, people usually do not view the risk involved and all they see is the speculation of rallying and end up investing in the asset and end of loosing. The entry point is always crucial and you need to be careful when to invest, i would wait for a small correction to invest rather than investing when the market is breaking resistance for weeks.
